طريقة التحضيرالعجينة: نأخذ صينية نضع فيها السميد والماح والماء و ندلك جيدا لمدة 30دقيقة ثم نبللها يالماء لتصبح طرية نصنع منها كريات متوسطة الحجم ونتركها ترتاح
الحشو: نرحي الشحمة جيدا ونضعها في إناء ثم نضع طماطم مرحية وملعقة كبيرة طماطم مصبرة ثم بصل مرحي و ثوم مرحي ثم زيتون مقطع إلي شرائح ثم ملح.كمون.فلفل أكحل.كزبرة
التحضير: نإخذ كرية من العجينة ونبصطها على شكل دائرة ونضع في وسطها الحشو ونأخذ كرية أخرى من العجينة نبصطها على شكل دائرة ونضعها فوق الحشو و نغلقها علي الجوانب جيدا و هكذا نستمر حتى نهاية العجين
الطهي: نأخذ الحبات و نحطها تطهى فوق الطاجين علي نار متوسطة لمدة 10 دقائق
