السلام عليـكم

جبت لكم اليوم طبخة حلوه ولذيذة .. بس يبيلها شوي وقت وشغل ،،

[ كفتة البطاطس ]

المقادير :

* بطاطس مقطع صغار ومسلوق (بمويه وملح) ~ الكمية تكون كثيرة ...وأنا استخدمت 4 وسط

* جزر مبشور .. كثرته حلوه .. يعطي نكهه .. أنا استخدمت 3
* جبن كرآفت مبشور .. أو أي نوع من الجبـن
* بقدونس (مقطع)
* صفار البيض
* دجاج منتف مسلوق .. استخدمت الخلاط الخاص فيه وتقدرين تستبدلينه بـ [ التونه ] لكن أنا ما أحبها وفضلت الدجـاج
* فلفل اسود
* ملح

الطريقة :
سمي بالله والبسي قفازات .. واخلطي المقادير كلها مع بعض .. واذا انتي ياااي وماتعرفين تقدرين تفرمين البطاطس لحاله بالمفرمه .. وبعدها تخليطنه مع الباقي ..
وهذي صوره بعد الخلط (عاد لاتشرهونبس تخبرون لابسه قفازه وماغير أعجن)

بعد ماخلطنا المقادير مع بعض .. نكورها بهالشكــل

وبعدها نغمس الكرات في بيض وبعدها في بقسمآط ( واذا مالقيتي في البيت بقسماط .. تقدرين تستبدلينه بـ كورن فليكس مطحون

خلصنا الحين ..
الزيت لازم يكون كثير و حار .. غلط تحطين أي شي قلي بزيت بارد
واذا الزيت شوي .. بيخرب عليك كل شي ! وبتتفكك الكرات اللي تعبنا فيها
