البوراك باللحم المفروم:

المقادير:
12 ورقة ديول ( جلاش)
350غ لحم مفروم
حبتي بصل متوسطتان ومفرومتان
نصف ربطة معدنوس (بقدونس) مفروم فرم ناعم
3 بيض
ملح + فلفل أسود+رشة جوزة الطيب
زيت للقلي
كيفية التحضير:
تضعي البصل في مقلاة بها القليل من الزيت مع الملح والفلفل الأسود و جوزة الطيب وتقليه قليلا ثم ضفي اللحم و المعدنوس حتى ينضج اللحم ضفي البيض وحركي جيدا اتركي الحشو يبرد
اطوي يمين ويسار ورقة الديول لتصبح شكل مستطيل ضعي القليل من الحشو في طرف الورقة ولفيها على نفسها للتحصلي على شكل أسطوانة
سخني الزيت في المقلاة جيدا ثم ضعي البوراك وقلبيه على الوجهين حتى يصبح لونه ذهبي

رطل بطاطا مغلية و مطحونة
زيتون مقطع
ملح+ فلفل أسود+ جوزة الطيب
جبن
زيت للقلي
طريقة التحضير:
غلي البطاطا و أطحنيها بدون ما تزيدي فيها سوائل ضفي لها الملح والفلفل الأسود و جوزة الطيب و الزيتون والجبن وتلفيها بنفس الطريقة السابقة

أخلطي كل المكونات وضعيها في ورقة الديول و لفيها بنفس الطريقة السابقة

تضعي البصل في مقلاة بها القليل من الزيت مع الملح والفلفل الأسود و جوزة الطيب وتقليه قليلا ثم ضفي اللحم و المعدنوس حتى ينضج اللحم اتركيه يبرد ثم في ورقة الديول ضضعي الحشو في الوسط على شكل مربع ثم ضعي حبة بيض كاملة فوقه واطوي الورقة على شكل مربع ضعيها بحذر في مقلاة بها زيت ساخن وقلبيها حتى تتحصلي على اللون الذهبي
ملاحظة:
يمكنك إستبدال الحشوات السابقة بأي حشوات أخرى ( السمك أو سبانخ أو فطر...........)
كما يمكنك وضع البوراك في الفرن بعد دهن الوجه بالزبدة
