بطبوط او خبز معمر بالكفتة

المقادير:

مقادير العجينة:


3 اكواب دقيق
رشة ملح
ملعقة من خميرة عادية + ماء

مقادير الحشوة:


نصف كيلو كفتة
بصلة مفرومة
2طماطم
جبن مبشور (اى نوع من الجبن)
ملعقتين بقدونس
فص ثوم
ملح
فلفل اسود
فلفل احمر حار
زعفران
زيت + زبدة


طريقة التحضير:

- نخلط الدقيق و الملح و الخميرة بالماء حتى نحصل على عجين مدلوكة جيدا و لينة
- تشكل العجينه على شكل كويرات صغيرة الحجم و نتركها تخمر
- فى مقلاة نضع 3 ملاعق زيت و ملعقة زبدة ثم نضيف اليها الكفتة و بصلة مفرومة و بقدونس و الثوم و الملح و الفلف الاسود و الاحمر و الزعفران و نترك الكل يتشحر
- نخبز دوائر الخبز الصغيرة و نفتحها بالسكين ثم نملا كل واحدة بكمية من الخليط الى ان تنتهى الدوائر
ثم نضعها فوق طبق مزين بالخس و قطع الطماطم و نرش فوق كل بطبوطة قليل من الجبن

لعمل العجين:

كوب دقيق،
كوب ونص ماء دافئ، ملعقة كبيرة زيت،
ملعقة صغيرة خميرة،
رشة ملح وفلفل أسود.

المقادير:

3 بصلات كبيرة،
3 كوب زيت للقلي،
كوب ماء،
كوب حليب،
ثلاثة أرباع كوب نشا،

طريقة التحضير :

قشري البصل وقطعيه إلى شرائح رفيعة وافصلي الحلقات، امزجي الماء والحليب وانقعي فيه حلقات البصل لمدة نصف ساعة.

نشفي الحلقات وانثري عليها النشا ودعيها جانبا. ولتحضير العجين أذيبي الخميرة في الماء الدافئ ودعيها حتى تذوب تماما.

اخلطي مقادير الدقيق الجافة ثم اسكبي عليها خليط الخميرة واعجني لعدة دقائق حتى يمتزج الخليط ودعيه جانبا حتى يخمر.

سخني الزيت في مقلاة عميقة واغمسي حلقات البصل في العجين ثم اقلي الحلقات في الزيت حتى يصبح لونها ذهبياً
