مقادير العجينة:
2-كأس طحين منخول .
ملعقة صغيرة ملح
ملقعة كبيرة زيت مازولا
نخلط الطحين والملح والزيت منيح بعدين نضيف الماء شوي شوي ونعجن اتصير العجينة طرية وما بتلزق باليد
ونتركها شي نصف ساعة ترتاح اذا شوب او ساعة بالبرد مع تغطيتها بمنشفة مبلولة شوي

مقادير الحشو :
نصف كيلو لحمة مطحونة
كمشة بقدونس مفرومة صغير كتير (في ناس ما بيحطوها )
بصلة كبيرة مفرومة ناعم كتير كمان
ملح ،فلفل، بهار
نقلي البصلة بزيت مازولا لحد ما تدبل موتنحرق او يتغير اللون
نضيف اللحمة والملح والبهار ونقليها منيح منيح
اخر شي نضيف البقدونس ونقليها شوي بس
ونترك اللحمة لتبرد ونحاول نشفها من الزيت لانه ما بيخلي العجينة تسكر اذا كان كتير

منقطع العجينة او بكاسةمدورة بس صغيرة او بألة التقطيع وكل ما كانت الدائرة اصغر اطيب واحلى ومنظرها حلو اكتر

بعد ما نقطع العجينة بشكل دائري ناخد كل دائرة ونضع بداخلها نصف ملعقة صغيرة من الحشو ونسكرها على بعض بشكل هلال

طبخ اللبن :
افضل طريقة للبن يلي ساكن بالسعودية وبيطلع متل لبن الشام
3 علب لبن زبادي نادك وبعده ندى يلي حجم العلبة 400غرام مو اللبن السائل لالاالجامد
اعلبة من اللبن بس فيها ماء فقط
3 ملاعق كورن فلاور كبار بس ممسوحين مو مطفطفين
ملعقة صغيرة ملح وبعدين ممكن نزيد الملح حسب الذوق
نضربهم بالخلاط او اذا في الخلاط يلي بينزل بالطنجرة احسن منحطون بالطنجرة ومنخلطهن منيح منيح ونضعهن على نار متوسطة موعالية حتى ما يلزق اللبن ومنضل عم نحرك ونحرك ونحرك ليغلي اللبن
منسقط الشيشبرك بهدوء ونتركه على نار هادية شي عشر دقايق بيكفي لانه العجينة رقيقة وصغيرة

وبهل الاثناء انا بحب اللبن مع الكزبرة والثوم في ناس بتحبه سادة في مع الطرخون او النعنع اليابس
نحط ملعقة كبيرة سمنة ونضع نصف جرزة كزبرة مفرومة منيح منقليها بالكزبرة وسنين ثوم صغار مدقوقين
منقليهن منيح ومنحطون فوق اللبن قبل ما نطفي بدقيقتين والف صحة
