إخترت لكم أسهل طريقة لعمل المقروط .
مقروط
العجينة :
3 كيلات (أكواب ) سميد من النوع المتوسط
1 كيلة (كوب) من خليط السمن + زيت
1 قرصة ملح
1 كيلة (كوب) من خليط ماء + ماء الزهر
زيت للقلي

الحشو :
هناك نوعين من الحشو يمكني اختيار بينهما

الحشو الأول :
كمية من عجينة التمر
ماء الزهر
1 قرصة قرفة
1 م ك من السمن
يخلط الكل للحصول على حشو متجانسة نتركها ترتاح

الحشو الثاني:
كمية من اللوز أو الفول السوداني محمص ومطحون
1 قرصة قرفة
1 م ك ماء الزهر
عسل
نفس الطريقة

ونحتاج الىعسل للزينة

الكيفية:
في وعاء اخلطي السميد و + الملح + المادة الذهنية(سمن + زيت)، حكي جيدا بين الأيدي.
بللي تدريجيا بماء الزهر + ماء، أخلطي الكل بواسطة أصابع اليد. بحيث يبقى الخليط متناثر(مثل تحضير الكسكس).اتركيها ترتاح قليلا..
شكلي حرابيش بالعجينة التي تكون قد ارتاحت، سمكها 5- 6 و بواسطة السبابة إفتحي الحربوش قليل بالطول، ثم ضعي داخل الفتحة قليل من الحشو .
إغلقي جيدا الفتحات بواسطة السبابة والإبهام بحيث يختفي أثر الفتحة.
هناك قالب من الخشب خاص بالمقروط (أنضر الصورة) نستعمله للضغط على الحربوش فنحصل على حبات المقروط ذات شكل مزخرف من الوجه ماعلينا إلا تقطيعها بالسكين.

إذا لم يكن موجود (القالب). فباليد ابسطي الحرابيش. قليلا ثم قطعي معينات و ضعيها في مقلاة بها زيت ساخن وكاف لقلي المقروط من الجهتين دون قلبه .

بعد الإنتهاء من عملية القلى .
اغطسي حبات المقروط في العسل و قطريها
