المقادير:


كلغ فراولة
للعجينة الرملية pate sablee
250 طحين (فرينة)
125 غ زبدة او مرغرين
ملعقة سكر
بيضتان
الكريم باتيسيير creme patissiere
نصف لتر حليب
كأس سكر
بيضتان
ثلاث ملاعق كبيرة مايزينة
فانيلية او عطر الفراولة
القطر أو الشاربات
ملعقتان سكر
قليل من الماء
التحضير والإعداد:
العجينة
اخلطي مكونات العجينة بسرعة ودون ان تعجنيها كثيرا حتى تبقى هشة ودعيها ترتاح

الكريمة
في إناء يوضع على الناراخلطي البيض مع السكر وأضيفي المايزينة واخلطي ثم اضيفي قليلا من الحليب واستمري في الخلط حتى تمتزج المكونات
أضيفي باقي الحليب وضعيى الإناء على النار واستمري في التحريك بملعقة من الحطب حتى يبدا الخليط في التثاقل
ابعدي الإناء عن النار واضيفي العطر او الفانيلية استمري في الخلط مدة دقيقتين أو ثلاث


الفراولة
اغسلي الفراولة وانزعي الجزء الأخضر
يمكن ان تقطعيها إلى أنصاف او إلى اجزاء ويمكن تركها حبات

افردي العجينة وضعيها في قالب التارت المدهون واحدثي فيها ثقوبا بالفرشاة
غطي السطح باللوبيا اليابسة وادخلي القالب الفرن مدة 15 دقيقة


اخرجي القالب وانزعي اللوبيا واعيدي القالب لإلى الفرن مدة 10 دقائق اخرى وتحمر قليلا
