Baklawas aux cacahouètes

Pour la pâte :

3 bols de farine (j'ai utilisé 1kg pour un moule de 34cm)
1 bol de beurre (j'ai utilisé de la margarine, environ 400g)
1 pincée de sel
eau + eau de fleur d'oranger
1 oeuf

prévoir 250g de margarine pour badigeonner les feuilles de pâte

Pour la farce :


3 bols de cacahouètes moulues (pas trop fin, j'ai utilisé à peu près 1kg de cacahouètes)
1/2 bol de sucre semoule
de l'eau de fleur d'oranger et 3 à 4 c.à soupe de margarine fondue

4 càs de confiture d'abricot.


Pour la déco.:

Cacahouètes entières pour la déco
du miel après la cuisson

Préparation:

Mélanger la farine, le sel et le beurre et bien sabler le tout. Ajouter l'oeuf et bien mélanger.
Ensuite mouiller peu à peu avec l'eau et l'eau de fleur d'oranger et pétrir jusqu'à obtention d'une pâte lisse et ferme.
Laissez reposer 30 mn.

Dans un saladier, mettre les amandes, le sucre et la confiture d'abricot et arroser de beurre et bien mélanger le tout.

Partager la pâte en 14 boules, de la taille d'une clémentine, et abaisser chaque boule au rouleau puis passez les à la machine à pâte, pour obtenir des feuilles très très fines.

Beurrez un moule(moi j'ai utiliser un moule de 34 cm) , disposez les feuilles l'une sur l'autre, en les faisant déborder, sans oublier de les badigeonnez de beurre à l'aide d'un pinceau.
Continuez cette opération jusqu'à épuisement des 7 premières boules.
Étaler sur toute la surface, une fois beurrée, la farce aux cacahouètes.

Recouvrir avec les 7 autres dernières boules de pâte, et les badigeonner à chaque fois de beurre.

Enlever, à l'aide d'un couteau, les parties extérieures dépassant le moule.


Découpez des losanges (pas trop en profondeur) et décorer la surface de chaque losange avec une cacahouète piquée au milieu puis arrosez toute la surface d'un peu de beurre fondu.

Faîtes cuire pendant 1 heure environ à 180°C..

Retirez du four et arrosez aussitôt de miel parfumé à l'eau de fleur d'oranger.
Laissez absorber le miel au moins 12h avant de découper complétement les losanges.
Présentez les baklawas dans des caissettes.
