بمناسبة حلول السنة الجديدة 2010
اردت ان اعطيكم طريقة تحضير كيكة راس السنة
والتي تسمى la buche de noel

في اناء نضع صفار اربع بيضات بعد خلطهم جييدا حتى يصبح الخليط طري,
نضيف اليه (60غرام) من السكر

واستمري في الخلط حتى يصبح الخليط مائل الى البيوضة متل الكريمة ,اضيفي اليه

(40غرام) من الطحين والنشاء
(50غرام) من الزبدة الدائبة
واخلطي الكل جيدا اضيفيهم,الى
بياض 4 بيضات كنتي قد اخفقتهم جيدا حتى اصبحو متل التلج
اضيفي البياض الى العجينة واخلطيه بكل هدوء
(بمعلقة خشب)

اطهي البسكوي
في صينية مربعة(من 40 ال 50 سم) افرشي عليها ورق الزبدة,او ورق خاص بطهي الحلويات,
كي لا تلتصق الحلوى
اسكبي العجينة على الورق اللدي دهنتيه بالزبدة وادخليها الفرن واتركيها
(من 8 الى 10 دقائق) على درجة حرارة °180 درجة,

ضعي منشفة في الماء ومن ثما اعصريها جييدا من الماء,وافتحيها واقلبي عليها صينية الحلوى
وبعد ارفعي الصينية من على الحلوة وانزعي من عليها الورق
ابدئي في طي الحلوة بالمنشفة كي لا تتقطع الحلوة واستمري في تدوير الحلوة حتى النهاية
واتركيها حتى تبرد لمدة (30 دقيقة)

عندما تكون الحلوة في الفرن اخلطي الكريمة في الخلاط الكهربائي
من كريمة(500 غرام)
(كريمة المارون)
مع (250 غ من الزبدة الرطب)

اضيفي اليهم (معلقة او 2) من الفانيليا (مادة معطرة)
او اي شيء آخر معطر

اطهي الشاربات المصنوعة من (100غ من السكر)و(15دل من الماء)

واتركيهم على النار لمدة (5دقائق)وعندما تبرد نستعملها لسقي الحلوة.

عندما تبرد الحلوة افتحيها وضعيها على فرش خاص بالحلويات اسقيها بالشاربات(باستعمال فرشات).

طلي الحلوة بالكريمة
بواسطة سكين او معلقة خشب كما هو مبين في الصورة
واملءي كل جوانب الحلوة بالكريمة بطريقة متناسقة

اديبي (50غ من الشكولاتة) على حمام مائي واضيفيه الى الكريمة
واطلي مرة اخرى الحلوة على كل النواحي وبواسطة فرشاة ضعي خطوط بسيطة
ومتوازنة فوق الحلوة كي تتحصلي على شكل (كأنها قطعة خشب)

بعدما تنهي التزيين وتضيها في التلاجة
اخرجيها لمدة (1ساعة)قبل التقديم
وبالهناء والشفاء
