بسكويت الشوكولاته بالكرز

لا جدل أن أطفالك يعشقون الشيكولاتة ، ربما أنت أيضاً تذوبين في هواها ، لذا لا تترددي في صناعة بسكويت الشيكولاتة .
المقادير :
- 3/4 ثلاث أرباع الكوب سكر
- 3/4 الكوب زبدة
- 1 بيض
- ملعقة ونصف فانيلا
- كوب وثلاثة أرباع دقيق
- 3/1 كوب شكولاتة بودرة
- 2/1 نصف ملعقة بيكنج باودر
- 30 جرام حبات الكرز
للحشو :
كوب شكولاتة الطبخ
2ملعقة عصير كرز
الطريقة :

* نخفق الزبدة والسكر على سرعة متوسطة إلى أن تصبح كريمية ثم نضيف البيض والفانيلا ونستمر في الخفق بعدها نضيف باقي المقادير ماعدا الكرز ونخفق جيدا إلى أن تنسجم المقادير وتتشكل لدينا العجينة .
* نبدأ بتشكيلها على شكل كور صغيرة ونضغط على الوسط ونضع في كل حبة نصف حبة الكرز ثم ترص في صينية الفرن وتدخل الفرن لمدة 10 دقائق .
*تخلط الشكولاتة وعصير الكرز ويوضع على حمام مائي إلى أن تذوب الشكولاته ونضع منها على كل حبة ****ز (بكيس الحلواني أسهل وتترك ليبرد الشكولاته ثم يرص في صحن التقديم
ملحوظة :
إذا كنتِ لا تحبين الكرز يمكنك استبداله بأي فاكهة أخرى أو مكسرات ، المهم أن حرصي على أن تكون العجينة مضبوطة.
