المقادير


2/1-1كوب دقيق جميع الاستعمالات
ا كوب سكر
4/1كوب كاكاو غير محلي
1ملعقة بكربونات صودا
2/1ملعقة ملح
1كوب ماء
1/3كوب زيت
1ملعقة خل ابيض
1ملعقة فانيلا
1كوب شكولاته الفودج (fudge)
6كوب ايس كريم فانيلا
2كوب شكولاته كور مكسرة (اي نوع )


للتزيين


نصف كوب كريمة خفق (لباني)
2كوب كور شكولاته لتزيين
1/4 كوب شكولاته الفودج (fudge)


الطريقة


-نجهز الصنية 3×9-في طبق نخلط الدقيق والبيكن صودا والفانيلا والملح والسكروالشكولاته البودرة والماء والخل والزيت ويخفق لمدة دقيقة واحدة-ثم يصب في قالب مدهون بالزبدة ومرشوش بالدقيق ويخبز لمدة 30 الى 35 دقيقة او الى ان تنضج-بعد اخراجها من الفرن تترك لتبرد تماما لمدة ساعة-ثم نصب عليها خليط الفودج وتدخل لفريزر لمدة ساعة او حتي يتماسك الفودج-بعدها نخلط الايسكريم مع خليط الشكولاته المكسرة ونصبها فوق الخليط السابق ثم تدخل لفريزر لمدة 4ساعات الى ان يصبج الايسكريم متجمد..ثم نفك جوانب الصنيه-بعدها نضرب(الكريمة اللباني)حتي الحصول علي قوام متماسك ونصبه فوق الكيك بالفودج و كرات الشكولاته..


لعمل فودج الشكولاته


نخلط مع بعض2/3-3 كوب سكر بودرة 2/1 كوب كاكاو خام 4/1كوب حليب 2/1كوب زبدة وممكن قليل من شرايح اللوز وهو اختياري نضع الخليط في المايكروريف الى ان تنسجم المقادير مع بعض لمدة دقيقة الى 2/دبعدها يخرج من المايكوويف ويضاف له ملعقة فانيلا وخليط اللوزحسب الرغبه..
