المكونات

pate sablé
300 غ فرينة
175 غ زبدة
2 صفار بيض
2 مغارف اكل سكر قلاصي
رشة ملح

creme patissiere
45 سل حليب
3 مغارف اكل نشاء
2 صفار بيض
100 غ سكر احرش
عصير 3 قارصات
وقشور 3 حبات قارص

4بياض بيض
4 مغارف اكل سكر احرش
عصير قارصة

الطريقة
نحضر العجينة ونضعها في المول ثم نقبها جيدا بالفرشاة
والكمية هذي عملتلي مول كبير + 2 تارتولات

ندخل المول الى فرن مسخن مسبقا 180 درجة
وبعد ما تطيب نخرجها من الفرن ونخليها تبرد

تحضير الكريم باتسير
نمزج صفار بيضتين مع السكر وقشور وعصير القارص جيدا
ثم نسخن الحليب على النار ونضيفه تدريجيا الى خليط البيض
ونخلط ثم نعيد الخليط الى النار مع اضافة النشا
نواصل الخلط على النار حتى يثقال.نبعده على النار ونضيف له ملعقة صغيرة زبدة ونتركها تبرد يبرد.

تحضير الميرانق
بالخلاط الكهربائي نخلط 4 بياض بيضات مع رشة ملح ونضيف السكر تدريجيا مع عصرة قارص.
- من جديد بعد ماتبرد الكيم باتيسيير نمزجها بالخلاط الكهربائي جيدا ثم نضعها فوق التارت
ثم نضع الميرانق في جيب الحلواني ونزين بها التارت

ونواصل التزيين حتى نكمل

ثم نعيد ادخالها الى الفرن ونشعل عليه من فوق فقط
حتى يطيب الميرانق ويتماسك
