أصدقائى وإخواتى الغاليين أعضاء منتدى الشروق الغالي لاحظت من موضوع عضوة فى المطبخ إن معظمنا يحب المعجنات وبالأخص البيتزا فأحببت أن أجمع أكبرعدد من أنواع البيتزا وبقدر الإمكان وربنا قدرنى والحمد لله على ذلك و نقلت لكم هذا الموضوع هدية إليكم جميعا ويارب يعجبكم وبالهنا والشفا....وانا جربتها شخصيا ونجحت...

أولا: أنواع العجين المشهورة

20- بيتزا سنتافيه الدجاج
21- بيتزا الطماطم الطازجة مع الريحان
22- بيتزا المارجريتا
23- بيتزا الفيتا والفلفل الأحمر الحلو
24- بيتزا نيوركر
25- بيتزا الجبنة الفيتا مع البصل
26- البيتزا الإيطالية
27- البيتزا المحشوة مع الببرونى
28- بيتزا بالجبنة الناعمة
29- بيتزا الدجاج الحارة
30- البيتزا المكسيكية








أولا: طريقة عمل عجين البيتزا السميكة ...
Thick crust pizza


المقادير :
2/1 2 كوب دقيق
3 ملاعق صغيرة خميرة
4/3 كوب ماء
1ملعقة صغيرة سكر
2 بياض بيضة بدرجة حرارة الغرفة
1 ملعقة صغيرة خل
3ملاعق طعام زيت زيتون
1ملعقة صغيرة ملح
ملحوظة : يمكن إضافة قليل من الاوريجانو و الريحان المجفف
والثوم البودرة للطعم مع الدقيق

الطريقـــــــــــــــــــــة :

*في وعاء واسع نخلط الدقيق مع الملح و نضعه جانبا
نخلط الخميرة مع السكر في كوب الماء و نتركه لمدة من 6-10 دقائق حتى يتفاعل.
*نخلط بقية المقادير مع الدقيق ونعجن جيدا لمدة 3 دقائق سوف تلصق العجين قليلا من الممكن إضافة قليل من الدقيق.
*نغطي العجين بكيس بلاستيكي ونضعها في مكان دافئ لمدة 40 دقيقة وبهذا تكون جاهزة للإستعمال






يمكن إستخدام العجين السابق فى الوصفة القادمه أو عمل العجينة الخاصة بها كالموضح

في الخلاط :
{ كاس لبن * فنجان سكر * ذرة ملح * فنجان زيت * 3/4 كاس ميه * ملعقة خميره

وفي الزبديه :
{ ملعقة بكنج بودر * وكاسين دقيق } انخلهم سوا زي ماتشوفون




وبعد مانخلط مكونات الخلاط جيدا نظيفهم للدقيق والبكنج بودر ونعجن لحين تتماسك العجينه ونخليها مدة عشر دقايق لانها تتخمر بسرعه ماتحتاج وقت كثير
هذي الصوره بعد العجن على طول قبل ماتتخمر





وبعد التخمير السريع نفرد العجينه في الصينيه ونخرمها بالشوكه عشان ماتنتفخ اثناء الخبز لان الشقوق اللي فيها تسمح للبخار يطلع ولا يخرب شكل العجين وهذا شكلها









ندخلها الفرن ونخبزها من تحت بس وبعد كده جهزي الحشوه

دجاج مقطع مكعبات صغيره وشوحيه على النار بشوي زيت لحين يستوي بهذاالشكل






بعد كذا ضيفي له بصل ابيض مقطع مكعبات وفلفل بارد مقطع مكعبات وشوحيه شوي بعدين تبليه بملح وفلفل اسود وماجي وشوي صلصة الصويا ممكن ملعقه تكفي وهذا شكلها





وبعد خبز البيتزا من تحت بس ادهنيها بجبن سايل ورشي عليها حشوة الدجاج وزينيها بحلقات طماطم وشرايئح جبن وآخرشيء جبن موتزريلا





وادخلها الفرن من فوق يسيح الجبن ويصفرلونها وهذا شكلها النهائي
وبالهنا والشفا
