وصفات لعدة طرق لعمل العصائر نقلتها اليكم للافادة.....

واتمنى انها تعجبكم..

عصير الكوكتيل بالفيمتو

مانجو الطازج وموز وتفاح.... وقطعيهم الى قطع

واخلطيهم بالخلاط ...... ثم تأخذي كوب زجاج شفاف جميل الشكل ذو قاعدة ....

وضعي به بعض قطرات الفيمتو ..... ثم صبي العصير فوقه ....

وزيني الكوب بفراولة حمراء طازجة..

عصير شروق الشمس..
حضري :::: 3 كؤوس عصير برتقال ... 5 ملاعق طعام عسل ... موزتان مقطعتان ...

قطع ثلج...عصير توت أو فراوله

اخفقي عصير البرتقال والعسل والموز في الخلاط .

أضيفي قطع الثلج واخفقي لكي يتكسر.
قسمي خليط العصير بين 8 كؤوس ,
يصب عصير التوت على أحد الجوانب بشكل مائل

كوكتيل بارد

المقادير:

2موز
5 فراولة
3ملاعق حليب جاف
نصف ليتر ماء بارد

الطريقة:

نقطع الموز نضعة في مولينكس مع الفراولة مع حليب ثم نضيف الماء

عصير التانج بالدريم ويب

المقادير:

حضري مقدار من عصير التانج النكهه التي تحبين
ظرف دريم ويب
علبة قشطه

الطريقة:

تخلط كلها في الخلاط حتى تحصلين على رغوه
صبي في الكاسات وجملي الكاس بقطع صغيره من الفاكهه

عصير مشكل
المقادير:

1- حبتان موز
2-حبتان مانجو
3-ملعقتان طعام اكل حليب بودره
4-ملعقه كبيره عسل
5- فروله 8 حبات
6- كوب ماء
7- ملعقتان كبيره بودرة تانج بنكهة الفروله
8- بعض من قوالب الثلج حسب الرغبه
9-عصير نصف ليمونه

الطريقة:

تخلط جميع المقادير بخلاط كهربائي ثم يقدم

كوكتيل بالايس كريم المقادير

- آيس كريم فانيلا
- عصير منجا بارد
- فواكه مقطعه صغيره

(فراوله-موز-عنب-منجا-تفاح-كيوي-دراق)

أو أي فاكهه تفضلينها

- فيمتو

الطريقة:

سوف تحتاجين لأكواب طويلة طبعاً، ولكل كوب :
1- ضعي ملعقة كبيرة من الآيس كريم في الكوب
2- أضيفي ملعقتان من الفواكه المشكله
3- أضيفي ملعقة صغيره من الفيمتو
4- أضيفي عصير المنجا وحركي العصير بواسطة الملعقه نصف حركه فقط

المقادير

2\1 لتر نكتار المانجا
2\1 لتر نكتار الأناناس
1 فاكهة موز


الطريقة

تخلظ جميع المقادير بخلاط العصير ،

ويوضع بالثلاجة لحين التقديم

عصير مختلف ..

المقادير:

* نصف لتر حليب
* 1 قطعة الجبنة كيري
* 1 ( **ادي )
* كأس كبير عصير البرتقال
* 2 ليمون حامض ( عصير )
* السكر حسب الرغبة
* يمكن إضافة عصر الخوخ أو الفريز

الطريقة:

نقوم بوضع المقادير في الخلاط الكهربائي ، بعد الخلط الجيد نصب المحتوى

في كؤوس من الزجاج

توضع في الثلاجة ما يقارب الساعتان فما أكثر ،

يمكن تزيينها عند التقديم بأوراق النعناع

عصير الطبقات الملون

أختاري ثمار مختلفة الألوان
كيوي --فراوله - - شمام-- خوخ- -موز
علبة دريم ويب تخلط مع علبة قشطه ونص كاس حليب

الطريقة:

أخلطي كل فاكهه على حده وأضيفي لها مقداراً من خليط الدريم ويب حتى تثخن
حضري كأس طويل وصبي الفاكهه الواحده تلوى الأخرى

ويفضل أن يضاف قطرات من عصير الليمون للموز أثناء خلطه حتى لا يسود

وأن يكون في طبقه متوسطه وليس على الوجه قدميه بارداً

كوكتيل بالتانج
المقادير:

-2 موز
-تفاحة حمراء (يجب ان تكون حمراء )
ـ 3ملاعق تانج فراولة
ـفانيليا
-مكعبات ثلج
ـ سكر حسب الرغبه
ـ4 كاسات ماء ـ
3ملاعق كبيرة حليب بودره


الطريقة:

تخلط جميع المكونات في الخلاط لمدة
5دقائق ثم يوضع عليها 5-7 حبات فراولة وتخلط لمدة قصيرة

2/1 *كأس كريمه مخفوقه .
1/2 *كأس حليب .
1 *موز متوسّط ومقشّر ومقطع .
3 *م ك مربى برتقال .
1 *كأس قطع ثلج .


الطريقة :

ضع كلّ المكونات في الخلاط .

امزجي الخليط جيدا ثم قدميه باردا .
