250غ زبدة
250غ سكر قلاسي
3صفار بيض
1/2كيس بيكنغ باودر
ملعقة الحليب بودر
ملعقة عسل
قشور برتقالة
طحين
التزيين
كرز مجفف
اللوز الممثوق
بياض البيض
الطريقة
-نخلط جيدا الزبدة والسكر ثم نضيف جميع المقادير ثم االطحين حتى تصبح عجين طري نجعلها كويرات صغيرة نضعها في بياض لبيض ثم مرمدها في اللوز ثم نزينها بالكرز المجفف ندخلها الفرن

حلوى بالطلية
المقادير
كاسان من البسكويت المطحون
6ملاعق اكل زبدة مذابة
كاس فول سوداني مطحون
1/2كاس عسل
كاس حلوة الترك
الطلية
1/2 كاس سيرو ابيض
ملعقة قهوة فانيلا
حليب بودر
ملون غدائي اصفر
التحضير
-نضع في صحن كبير كل المقادير ثم نضيف العسل بالتدريج حتى نتحصل على عجين متماسك
-نضع العجين في قالب مدهون ثم نبسطه باليد بسمك 1/2سم تقريبا
-نطلي مساحة الحلوة و نتركها تجف
-نقطع الحلوة ثم نزينها كما في الشكل
تحضير الطلية
-نضع صحن السيرو و الملون الغذائي الاصفر ونخلط الكل جيدا ثم الفانيليا وحليب الغبرة شيئا فشيئا حتى نتحصل على طلية متامسكة

المقادير
3صفار وبيضة كاملة
500غ زبدة
2كيسان شاي ونصف سكر قلاسي
كيس بيكنغ باودر
2ملاعق مايزينة
فانيليا
طحين
الطريقة
نخلط جيدا الزبدة والسكر ثم نضيف المقادير الاخرى و الطحين حتى نتحصل عجين طري
نرش القليل من الطحين فوق الطاولة و نفرد العجينة نقطعها على شكل مربعات وندخلها الفرن لم يطيب نلصقو بالمربى ونزينه بالشكولاطة السوداء والبيضاء كما في الصورة.
