طريقة عمل كيكة البرتقال بالصور

كيكة البرتقال بالصوص

اروع كيكة
طعمها حلو
فخمة وتشرف والكل اعجب بها بشدة

المقادير:

4 بيض مع فانيليا
2 كاس سكر
كاس زبدة لينة
نصف كوب زبادي
نصف كوب حليب سائل
3 كوب دقيق
ملعقة ونصف صغيرة بكينج بودر
ثلاثة ارباع ملعقة صغيرة ملح
نصف ملعقة صغيرة بيكربونات الصودا
2 ملعقة طعام قشور برتقال
ملعقة صغيرة قشور ليمون


مقادير الصوص:

نصف كوب مربى برتقال
عصير حبتين كبيرتين برتقال
نصف كوب زبادي
ملعقة صغيرةقشرة برتقال

نغليهم على النار ثم نتركهم ليبردوا

( انا استبدلت مربى البرتقال بمربى مشمش وطلعت روووووووعة)

الطريقة:

نخفق الزبدة والسكر مع بعض ليصبح الخليط كريمي
ثم نضيف بيضة ونخفق ثم الاخرى ونخفق الى ان ينتهي مقدار البيض
مع اضافة قشور البرتقال والليمون والفانيليا

ننخل الدقيق مع الملح والبيكربونات والبكينج بودر في وعاء
نخلط الزبادي والحليب في كاس

نضيف خليط الدقيق بالتبادل مع خليط اللبن والحليب
يعني قليل من خليط الدقيق مع قليل خليط لبن وحليب وهكذا على مراحل الى ان ينتهي المقدار

ثم نصب الخليط في القالب

نضعها بالفرن الى ان تنضج

ثم نتركها لتبرد قليلا ونخرجها من القالب ونضع الصوص عليها
