3ارباع كاس شاي خميرة العجين
كاس شاي ماء الزهر
لمي جميع المكونات بالماء وادلكي شوية ثم اتركيها
ترتاح ثم فشيها وادليكيها مرة تانية حتى تتحصليين
على عجينة طرية كانك تعملي الخبز
اعملي حرابيش وشكليها الاسطوانة وحطيها
في السنية مدهونة بالزيت ورشيها بالطحين
واتركيها تخمر
