هذه طريقة جديدة وسترين سهلة ولذيذه للأمانة منقولة اعجبتني
العجينه
2 1/2 ك دقيق
2 م زيت زيتون او زبده سائله
بيضه
فنجان حليب سائل او اكثر شوي
م ص بكنج بودر
شوي ملح

تعجن المقادير وتترك ترتاح ربع ساعه

هذه الطريقه

حضري مقلاة تيفال TEFAL أو المقلاة التي تستعمليها لصنع ورق الكراب (يعني ما تلصق)
وحضر ي في وعاء شوية زبدة ذايبة (أو مارقارين لدهن الماعون) مخلوط بشوية زيت

4- أقسم العجينة إلى 4 كرات تقريبا (يعني حسب قطر المقلاة)
رشي دقيق وافردي العجينه على شكل مقلاتك

5- شعلي الغازوادهني القلاية بشوية زبدة وحط عليها الدائرة الأولى مدة تقريب 4 دقايق
ما تخليها تنضج و ثم نقلبها (هنا نخليها تنضج يعني تقريبا 7 دقايق)ووقتها وهي تنضج نحط فوقها صوصة الطماطم والتونه والزيتون والجبن وغيرو وغطيها يذوب الجبن انا وضعت اشياء البيتزا المعتاده
وقدمها في الحين حاره

6- عاودي نفس العملية لكل قطعة وقدمها في الحين للأكل
