الابيض


لعدم توفر الاسمر ساعتهاا )


ملعقه صغيره هيل مطحون --2 بيض --

قليل
من الحليب الطازج

عند الحاجه --كوب لوز مطحون

2 علبتين قشطه --ملعقه صغيره بيكنج بودر --ملعقه صغيره

فانيليا سائله او بودره -- كوب حليب نيدو بودر

في مقلاة ستيل نحمر كوب الحليب البودر ( يفضل مقلاة نظيفه

خاصه للحلو عشان مايتغير ريحة البودر )

هذه هو بعد التحمير لكن طلع معي احمر بزياده مو مشكله بس

المفروض افتح من كذا بشوي !

في الخلاط الكهربائي -- نظيف الزبده الذائبه --مع باقي المقادير

-- ماعدا البسكوت --مع اضافة قليل

من الحليب السائل لتسهيل عملية الخفق -- تقريبا ربع كوب او

اقل شوي -- حتى تصبح العجينه سائله

نصب نصف كمية الخليط في صينيه من دون دهنها لان الخليط

به زبده كافيه -- ونوزعه زين على قاع الصينيه

نرص البسكوت فوق الطبقه الاولى وممكن نكسر الباقي ونظيفه

على الفراغات -- المهم نخلص الكميه

نظيف باقي المقدار وندخله الفرن على درجة حراره ( 160 ) او

نار متوسطه حسب نوع الفرن مدة نصف

ساعه او حسب نضجها -- المهم ماتحترق علينا مهم للطعم -- !

وتقطع حسب الرغبه -- اما مربعات مستطيله وتحطيها بقوالب الزينه

بالطول زي اللي مبين بالصوره أو مربعات صغيره -- حسب

ذوقك وعافيه على قلوبكم
