الكيكة :

4/3 كوب دقيق كعك منخول

4/1 ملعقة شاي بيكربونات الصوديوم

4/1 كوب بودرة شوكولاطه غير محلاة

4/1 كوب سكر خشن

11 بياض بيضة (بدرجة حرارة الغرفة)

1 و 2/1 ملعقة شاي كريمة التارتار

4/1 ملعقة شاي ملح

1 و 2/1 ملعقة شاي فانيلا

التغطية :

9 ملعقة شاي حليب بودرة خالي الدسم

2/1 كوب ماء مثلج

3 ملعقة شاي سكر ناعم

1 ملعقة شاي زيت زهرة الشمس

4/1 ملعقة شاي فانيلا

1 علبة جيلاتين

3 ملعقة شاي ماء بارد

3 ملعقة شاي ماء مغلي

1 كوب لبن زبادي مصفى

4/1 كيلو فراولة منظفة

الطريقة

- سخني الفرن إلى درجة 350

- أخلطي الدقيق وبيكربونات الصوديوم والشوكولاطه و3/1 كوب من السكر الخشن معاً

- أخفقي بياض البيض حتى يصبح المزيج

- أضيفي الماء وكريمة التارتار والملح والفانيلا واخفقيه حتى تتكون هضاب صغيرة ناعمة

- بالتدريج اخلطي المزيج مع ما تبقى من السكر الخشن

- أضيفي المزيج على مزيج الدقيق تدريجياً بمقدار 4/1 كوب لكل إضافة

- إخبزي المزيج المخفوق لمدة 35 دقيقة في صينية كعك عمقها (25 سم ).

- أخرجي الصينية واتركيها حتى تبرد, ثم أخرجي الكعكة بلطف أقطعي طبقة مقدارها(2.5 سم) من أعلى الكعكة . اتركي الطبقة العليا جانباً

- ضعي الطبقة السفلى على صحن تقديم ثم فرغي فيها فراغات مقدار كل منها 5 سم حول الكعكة

التغطية :

- اخفقي الحليب الجاف والمياه المثلجة لمدة 6 أو 7 دقائق حتى يصبح ناعماً

- أضيفي إليه وبالتدريج السكر والزيت ثم الفانيلا واستمري بالخفق لدقيقة أخرى

- أخلطي الجيلاتين مع الماء البارد واتركية لمدة 3 دقائق ثم حركيه في الماء المغلي حتى يتفكك الجيلاتين

- اخلطي مزيج الحليب والجيلاتين و لبن الزبادي

- ضعي الفراولة في الفراغات التي جوفتها في الطبقة السفلى من الكعكة

- أضيفي كوباً من مزيج التغطية على الفراولة

- أعيدي الطبقة العليا إلى مكانها الأصلي فوق الفراولة ثم غطي الكعكة بأكملها بمزيج التغطية المتبقي بواسطة سكين رفيعة حتى تساوي المزيج على جوانب الكعكة

- زيني الكعكة بـأنصاف الفراولة ..
