Il ya dans ce plateau ,sablés en spirales - maamoul- ghribiya

RECETTES:

Sablés en spirales

250g de beurre
3 oeufs
1/2 verre de sucre glace
1/2 verre de maizéna
3càs de miel
1/2 càc de levure chimique
vanille
cacao
farine
confiture et cacahuètes pour décorer

Préparation:
Battre le beurre+le sucre jusqu'à blanchissement .Ajouter les oeufs un part un + le miel + la vanille.Bien mélanger le tout ,puis ajouter la maizéna +la levure et la farine jusqu'à obtention d'une pate manéable.
Diviser la pate en deux. Ajouter le cacao à une part .Si la pate est dure, on peut lui ajouter 1 à 2 càs de miel.Etaler les deux pates ,blanche et marron, Mettre une sur l'autre. Les rouler ensemble pour former un boudin et à l'aide d'un couteau ,couper des rondelles de1 cm d'épaisseur. Poser ces dernières sur une plaque et faire cuire au four préchauffé.
Aprés cuisson,coller 2/2 avec de la confiture et décorer avec des cacahuètes concassées.

Maamoue au loukoums

250g de beurre
3 oeufs
1 verre de sucre glace
1/2 verre de maizéna
1/3càc de levure chimique
zeste de citron
farine
1 boite de 250g de loukoums (halkouma)

préparation

Battre le beurre et le sucre ensuite ajouter les oeufs et mélanger .puis ajouter le zeste de citron+la maizéna ,la levure et la farine et mélanger jusqu'à obtention d'une pate manéable
Former des petites boules.mettre dedans une boule de loukoums.Fermer cette dernière et l'aplatir avec le moule spécial maamoul. poser ces gateaux sur plaque et faire cuire au four.... aprés cuisson saupoudrer de sucre glace.

1 mesure de gras(smen+huile de table)
1mesure -2 doigts de sucre glace
farine
une pincée de levure

Préparation

Battre le gras et le sucre .Ajouter la levure et le farine .Mélanger avec la main jusqu'à obtention d'une pate qu' on peut former en boules, mettre une pincée de cannelle sur le sommet de chaque gateau.Poser sur une plaque et faire cuire au four.
