رغائف محشوة بالدجاج

السلام عليكم يا أحبائي..
أتمنى أن تكون أمور الكل على ما يرام..
سأقدم لكم اليوم ان شاء الله رغائف محشوة بالدجاج
وهي وصفة سهلة جدا، نحتاج فيها الى ما يلي
بالنسبة للعجين نحتاج:
كيلوغرام من دقيق القمح مع ملعقة صغيرة من الملح
يدلك العجين جيدا حتى يصير املس

الحشوة:
دجاجة متوسطة الحجم
ثلات بصلات مقطعة قطع صغيرة
مقدونس
سمن
فلفل اسود
زعفران
قليل من زيت الزيتون
ملح

الطريقة
بعد أن نغسل الدجاجة جيدا نقوم بتتبيلها بنصف بصلة مفرومة، ملح، ابزار، زيت الزيتون، زعفران، وملعقة صغيرة من السمن
نضعها في قدر مع كأس كبير من الماء وتترك على النار حتى تطهى وتمتص مرقها جيدا
نزيح العضام عن الدجاجة ونقطع لحمها قطع صغيرة جدا
نأخذ ما تبقى من البصل(بصلتين ونصف) ونقطعها الى قطع صغيرة ونضعها مع قليل من الزيت على النار حتى تصير شفافة نوعا ما
ثم نضيف المقدونس، وقطع الدجاج ونخلطهم حتى نحصل على هذا الخليط:

طريقة الحشو

نقطع العجين الى قطع صغيرة حسب حجم الرغيف الذي نوده
مثلا أنا قطعته الى قطع بحجم البيضة
تفرد قطعة العجين حتى تصير رفيعة جدا (شفافة) كما في الصورة مع الحرص على عدم احداث ثقوب

ثم نضع ملعقتين كبيرتين ممتلأتين جيدا في وسط ورقة العجين
كما في الصورة

لم نتم اولى الرغائف بعد، نأخذ قطعة ثانية من العجين ونفردها كما الأولى
ثم نضع الرغيف الأول جاعلين ثناياه الى الأسفال هكذا..

ثم نثنيه

هكذا نكون قد أنهينا أول رغيف ونستمر بهذه العملية حتى ننهي الكمية

نجعل الرغائف في صفيحة مدهونة بالزيت او الزبدة ثم ندخلها الى الفرن 250درجة حرارية
نتركه حتى يصير لون الرغائف ذهبي
