ما يعجنه دقيق

للزينة: لوزمجروش كرز احمر او مربي فراوله او شوكلاته

حسب الدوق والرغبه

ملاحظه : البياض يدهن به وجه البسكويت

تضاف كل المواد مع بعض الزبدة والسكر والزيت وصفار البيضة والقرفة

واخيرا يضاف الدقيق والبيكنج بودر

تترك العجينة لترتاح مدة ربع ساعة تم تكور

متل الغريبه وتعمل بهاحفرة في الوسط

تدهن الحواف ببياض البيضوبعدها وتمرر في اللو ز المجروش

وتخبز في فرن متوسط الحرارة

نتركها لتبرد قليلا ثم نزينها

بالمربي او الكرز وضعت قبل الكرز قطرة من العسل او شوكلاتهنوتيلا

وهذه صورة الطبق بعد الانتهاء من تحضيره

وتزينه بعجينة اللوز وإضافة اللماع عليه
