بيض حسب الرغبة
العجينة:

ماء دافئ
من جهة نخلط كل المقادير و نضيف الماء تدريجيا حتى تتماسك العجينة و نتركها ترتاح
من جهة ثانية نخلط المقادير الجافة للحشو ثم السمن بالنسبة للبيض نضيف بالتدريج الى ان يتماسك هو الاخر على ان لا تكون الحشو طرية كثير

نضع العجينةفي القالب و نضع كرية الحشوة فوقها و نضغط لكن يجب ان تبقى الحشوةbonbée يعني دائرية من الفوق مثل الصورة اللي فوق
ثم ناخذ اللي نغلق بيه قارورة مياه معدنية bouchon d'une bouteille و نضغط على الحشوة كيما الصورة اللي تحت

ونتحصل على هذا الشكل الجميل

اما بالنسبة للوردة اللي من الفوق هي كالتالي
دائما بغلاق القارورة او قالب من نفس الحجم نعمل دائرة نرش عليها قليل من الفرينة و نطويها على اثنان و نلويه كما هو موضح
