1 كوب أو 200 غ من السكر الناعم
1¾ كوب أو 250 غ من الدقيق العادي

2½ أكواب أو 625 مل من الماء
1 علبة أو 397 غ من حليب نستله المكثف المحلى
4 من البيض
1 ملعقة صغيرة من مسحوق الفانيلا
½ كوب أو 60 غ من دقيق الذرة
1 ملعقة صغيرة من قشر الحامض? المبشور
2 أكواب أو 500 مل من الكريما السائلة? المخفوقة
طريقة التحضير
يُحمّى الفرن على حرارة 175 درجة مئوية. تُدهن صينية كعك مستديرة قياس 26 سم بال**دة وتُرشّ بالطحين.

يُمزج البيض، السكر، مسحوق الفانيلا وبشر الحامض في وعاء خلاطة كهربائية لمدة تتراوح بين 6-8 دقائق أو حتى يتكاثف المزيج.

يُضاف الدقيق مع تحريك المزيج باستمرار (http://emploi21.blogspot.com/2010/05/gendarmerie-demanteler-un-gang-de-bani.html)وبرويّة بواسطة ملعقة معدنية.

يُسكب مزيج الكعكة في صينية الكعك التي تمّ إعدادها. توضع في الفرن المحمّى لمدة تتراوح بين 40-45 دقيقة أو حتى يخرج السيخ الذي أُدخل في الوسط نظيفاً. تُخرج من الفرن وتوضع جانباً لتبرد.

طريقة تحضير الحشوة: يُمزج الماء وحليب (http://emploi21.blogspot.com/2010/05/gendarmerie-demanteler-un-gang-de-bani.html)نستله المكثف المحلّى في قدر ويُغلى المزيج.

يُمزج البيض، مسحوق الفانيلا، دقيق الذرة وبشر الحامض في وعاء للمزج ثمّ يُضافوا إلى المزيج المغلي. يُغلى المزيج مع التحريك المستمرّ حتى يتكاثف. يوضع جانباً ليبرد. (يُغطّى بورق بلاستيك حتى لا تجفّ الحشوة).

تُقطّع الكعكة إلى 3 طبقات. تُخلط الحشوة الباردة بكوب من الكريمة المخفوقة (يُحتفظ بالكوب المتبقّي) حتى يصبح المزيج ناعماً ثمّ يوضع في كيس أنبوبي ويُوزّع ½ كمية الحشوة فوق الطبقة الأولى، ثمّ توضع الطبقة الثانية وتُغلّف بالكمية المتبقية من الحشوة ثمّ تُغطّى بالطبقة الثالثة.

لتزين الكعكة: تُوزّع الكمية المتبقية من الكريمة المخفوقة على وجه الكعكة وجوانبها. يُرصّ باليد بعض من الفستق المسحوق على الجانبين وتُنسّق شرائح الفراولة على الوجه.
