وصفة طاجين الجلبانة بالقرنون من المطبخ الجزائري (http://forum.maghreb.us/showthread.php?t=2349)






المكونات لحم خروف او دجاج بصلة مفرومة 3سنينات ثومكسبر جاف 1/2ملعقة ملح فلفل اسود**دة حوالي ماتقلي به المرق جلبانة وقرنون حسب عدد افراد العائلة كغ بكغ مقادير اللحم المرحي ليكن في علمك هذا اللحم يعمر به القرنون كمية اللحم المرحي تكون على حساب حبات القرنون نديرو 300 غ لحم مرحي كسبر و معدنوس مقطعين اي حشيش ملح فلفل اسود ½ ملعقة **دة 2 الى 3 ملاعق بيض لازم مانبلوش الحشو التحضير من المستحسن ان نبدأ بتحضير القرنون المحشي اولا نقشر القرنون و نظفو باليمون لكي لايسود 2- نحضر الحشو بالمقادير المذكورة 3- نكونوا قد نظفنا القرنون نحفر قلب القرنون لكي نضع الحشو عند ملئ جميع القرنون نضعه جانبا من الافضل وقت كبير لكي نضمن التصاق الحشو من بعد نحضر المرق بالمقادير المذكورة بعد قلي المرق نمرق حوالي ½ ماء لان الوصفة لاتحتاج الكثير من المرق بعدها نضيف الجلبانة (http://forum.maghreb.us/showthread.php?t=2349) عندما تطهى الجبانة نصف طياب نضع حباب القرنون فوق المرق دون التحريك عند طهي المرق نخفق بيضة مع الليمون والمعدنوس و الفرينة ونضيفها الى المرق و هو يغلي ثم نطفئ عليه وتقدم باليمون والمعدنوس ومزينة بوردات القرنون خاصة في المناسبات السعيدةhttps://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/5950632742497068625-8931272984611226932?l=cuisindz.blogspot.com (http://forum.maghreb.us/showthread.php?t=2349)
