المقـــــــــــادير :

( قطع دجاج مكشنة و مبهرة - جبن تشيدر مبشور - مكرونة صغيرة - ماء نقي - زيت نور - فلفل رومي مقطع - زيتون أخضر شرائح - زيتون أسود شرائح - حبوب الذرة - بهارات - ملح - صلصة الطماطم )
صلصة الطماطم هي عبارة عن بصل نكشنه بالزيت ونضيف له البهارات والماجي والثوم وشوي دارسين وحبة ليمون أسود وليمونة صفراء مقطعة ونحركه ثم نضيف عليه الطماطم المقطع والفلفل الحار ونحركه ونضيف له الماء المغلي ونخليه عشر دقايق على نار متوسطة لين يستوي بعد كذا نحطه في كاس الخلاط إذا برد ونخليه يخلطه ونحطه بالثلاجة وإذا إحتجناه نصبه في القدر ونبدأ نفوحه مرة ثانية

نقوم بوضع الصينية في الفرن لمدة 15 دقيقة على نار متوسطة ( الجزء السفلي )

نطفيء الجزء السفلي ونشغل الجزء العلوي لمدة 5 دقائق حتى يتحمر الو جه قليلاً
