سلطة حلا طبق رئيسي وطبقين جانبيين عصير وجهزت التقطيع من الليل والتنقيع من الليل حتى الليمون عصرتة وسويت التتبيلة من الليل لان عندي ضيوف مقدر بنفس اليوم

بس ماتبلتها الا عند التقديم

1 شوربة الفطرالطازج

شوحت البصل ب**دة وبعدين حطيت الفطروشوحتة لين تغير لونة واضفت مكعبين ماجي وثوم واضفت ماء وخليتة يغلي ونزلت علية النار 25 دقيقة وطفيت علية النار وبعد مابرد شلت كم ملعقة فطر والباقي خلطتة واضفت طحين ورجعتة على النار مع الفطر اللي مو مخلوط واضفت كريمة لين شفت اللون فتح بس مافتح واجد واجد وقريب اطفية حطيت ملعقة جبن سايل الطريقة الاصلية المقادير : علبه فطر طازجه نص كاس كريمه خفق او حليب فص ثوم بصله صغيره ربع اصبع **ده او زيت بقدونس للزينه الطريقه :

نمسح الفطر بفوطه مبلله بمويه نقطع الفطر شرايح والثوم والبصل ونصب عليه مويه مغليه ونتركه يطبخ ..

نقطع حوالي 7 حبات فطرونحمسهم بال**ده ..

نضيف للشوربه ملح وفلفلاسود ونص حبه ماجي .. ثم نخلطهم بالخلاط ونرجعهم للنار ونحط عليهم الفطر المحموس بال**ده .. وكريمه الخفقونترك شوي للزينه ..

ثم نقدمها بعد مانرشها بالبقدونس والكريمه

المفروض مشكوك باصياخ خشب وبين كل كم لحمة فية بصلل او طماطم او فليفلة بس انا سويتة كذا اسرع

المقادير لحم قطع مربع مايلة الى الكبر لانة بيصغر بعد النضج طاطمة مربع كبير بصلتين مربع كبير 4 م ك كاتشب فليفلة مربع كبير فلفل احمر فلفل اسود ثوم مفروم حسب الرغبة صويا صوص تكفي لتغطية اللحم كلة اذا كان الصويا صوص مو حلوة مانضيف ملح واذا حلوة ملح قليل جدا ينقع اللحم ليلة كاملة الطريقة توضع بصينية وتقصدر وتوضع بالفرن ساعتين

توست ابيض مقطع دوائر بكاس الجبن كاتشب جبن سايل فليفلة خضرا مقطع صغير طماطم مقطع صغير بصل مقطع صغير فطر مقطع صغير لحم مفروم على الصاج(اختياري) فلفل احمر بودرة زيتون شرايح الطريقة تصف التوست بصينية ثم نمسح التوست بالكاتشب (ممكن اضافة صوص الباربيكيو) نوضع المواد اللي فوق ثم نضع الجبن بكيس ونقص طرفة ونعصرة فوق البيتزا وباصابع اليد نذر فلفل احمر فوقة نحطة بالفرن حار مقصدرعشر دقايق من تحت او لين تتحمر الاطراف ثم من فوق شوي بس

وهو حار نحط فوقة جبن سايل وفلفل ابيض وملح وكريمة خفق ونهرسة وبعدين نضيفة في كيس للتزين ونسوي بة على شكل وردة نحط باصابع اليد باربيكا

استخدمت كريم كرامل الرياض فود ابو ريال كيسين 800مل ماء سكر حسب الرغبة 7 م ك مليانة حليب بودرة الطريقة غليتهم مع بعض وصبيتهم ب7 كاسات ورق الى المنتصف وقبل ماصبيتهم حطيت العسل اللى مع كريم كراميل ثاني واذا ماعندك تقدري تحرقي سكر على النار وتحطيتة قبل الكراميل وبعدين في الثلاجة لين جمد عند التقديم يشق الكاس بحذر بسكين ويمسك كريم الكراميل من تحت ويوضع بحذر على الصحن
