مدة التحضير والخبز: ساعة ونصف. وضع العجينة جانباً لمدّة: 3 ساعات.

المقادير
- 700 ملل كريما.
- 300 غرام طحين.
- 300 غرام زبدة.
- 300 غرام شوكولا سوداء.
- 300 غرام نوغا.
- 250 غراماً من السكّر.
- 8 غرامات جيلاتين.
- 5 بيضات.
- عصير عنب.
- ملح.
- كاكاو.
- مربّى المشمش.
الطريقة
- ذوّبي 100 غرام شوكولا على درجة حرارة مرتفعة.
- أخفقي الزبدة والسكّر إلى أن تحصلي على كريما.
-أضيفي إلى هذا الخليط البيض المخفوق، الشوكولا المذوّب، الطحين بعد نخله مع الخميرة. أضيفي الملح وبضع ملاعق من الماء من دون التوقف عن التحريك.
- أسكبي الخليط في قالب مدهون بالزبدة والطحين واخبزيه في الفرن على حرارة مرتفعة (180 درجة مئوية) حوالى 50 دقيقة.
- أخرجيه من الفرن ودعيه يبرد قبل نزعه من القالب.
- إنقعي الجيلاتين في مياه باردة.
- إغلي 300 ملل من الكريما، ثم أضيفي إليها 200 غرام من برش الشوكولا. ذوّبي الجيلاتين في هذا الخليط وأضيفي إليه ملعقتين من عصير العنب. دعيه يبرد ثم أضيفي إليه 200 غرام من النوغا المقطّعة قطعاً صغيرة.
- إقطعي قالب الحلوى قطعتين على أن تحصلي على قرصين بالسماكة نفسها. أخلطي كوباً صغيراً من عصير العنب مع كوب ماء يحتوي على القليل من السكّر، ثم قطّري منه على القرص الذي يشكّل قاعدة قالب الحلوى. إحشيه بكريما النوغا، ثم أطبقي القرص الثاني فوقه. ضعيه في البرّاد حوالى ثلاث ساعات.
- سخّني مربّى المشمش واستعمليه لتغطية محيط قالب الحلوى وسطحه.
- إستعملي الكريما المتبقيّة لتحضير كريما شانتيلي وغطّي بها قالب الحلوى بالكامل.
- زينيه بقطع النوغا المكسّرة٬ ثم رشّي عليه الكاكاو.
