السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته

طريقة صينية بطاطس روعه و شوفوالطريقه و الصور واحكمو

الطريقه

نسلق بطاطس نص سلق ثم نبشره ونحضر حشوه دجاج او لحم انا حطيت دجاج سلقته وقطعته صغير ثم كشنة بصل واضفت الدجاج وشوية شبت وشوية كسبره وفلفل رومي مبشور وثوم وبعد ماجهزت البطاطس والحشوه خلطت قشطه وجبن سايل حسب حجم الصينيه ثم نجيب الصينيه وندهن اسفل الصينيه بكميه من القشطه والجبن ثم نضع كميه من البطاطس ونبسطها في الصينيه ثم نضع الحشوه ونغطيها بالبطاطس ثم نصب على الوجه خليط القشطه والجبن ونرش الوجه بجبن موزاريلا ثم في الفرن على الرف اللي تحت وترى ماتاخذ وقت مجرد ماتتحمر من تحت نحمر من فوق وتترك شوي برى الفرن ترتاح وتقطع وبالعافيه على قلب اللي بيجربها
