الطريقه اخدتها من اخت في منتدي تاني ربي يجازيها خير
ندخل علي المقادير
كاس ونصف دقيق -3\4 كاس سميد -علبه قشطه انا استخدمت قشده المراعي الطازجه -حبه بيض -ملعقه بيكنج بودر -فانيلا -صباع زبده
الحشوه -جبنه كيري
حبتين تفاح مبشورين -ملعقتين قرفه مطحونه -ملعقتين سكر
كميه من الشيره (قطر)
نجهز الحشوه
نبشر تفاحتين ونضع عليهم السكر والقرفه ونضعهم علي النار حتي تتشرب المويه حق التفاح اللي بنزل منه وتنشف المويه خالص

ننخل الدقيق والسميد والبيكنج بودر في طبق العجن

نضع القشطه والزبده وحبه البيض والفانيلا فوق الدقيق والسميد

نخلط المكونات كلها مع بعض ونعجنها كويس باليد حتي نحصل علي عجينه متماسكه دي شكل العجينه بعد ما عجنتها تري ما تاخد وقت كتير

انا قسمت العجينه الي 3 اقسام قسم سبته نفس اللون وقسم حطيت عليه لون طعام احمر وقسم لون اخضر

اول شيء هاناخد جزي من العجينه ونفردها بالنشابه ونقطعها بشكل دائري بقطاعه بكاسه المتوفر عندك

بالسكين نعمل نقطع الدائره علي شكل اكس بدون الوصول الي الوسط مثل الصوره

ناخد جزي من حشوه التفاح ونضعها في النصف

ناخد طرف من الاطراف الاربعه ونرفعه علي الحشوه مثل الصوره

ناخد طرف تاني ونسوي مثل اللي سوناه في الاول والصوره توضح

نكرر نفس العمليه في الطرف الثالث والصوره توضح

ونكرر نفس الطريقه مع الطرف الرابع ونكون كده حصلنا علي شكل ورده

نكرر نفس الخطوات السابقه حتي ننتهي من باقي كميه العجين

هنا لون العجين الاخضر حشيته جبنه كيري وعلشان انتهي بسرعه بفرد كل العجينه واقطعها واشتغل كله مع بعضه بختصر الوقت بس

خلصت اللون الاخضر وحطيته في الصنيه

اللون الحمر قطعته بقطاعه اصغر وعملته في صنيه الميني كب كيك

مزجت الالوان مع بعضها وسويت كام حبه


تدخل الصواني الفرن علي درجه حراره 180 درجه ونكون مسخنين الفرن قبل بربع ساعه


لمده 20 الي 25 دقيقه ما بتاخد وقت واول ما نخرجها نسقيها بالقطر بالملعقه علشان لا نزود كتير يعني نملي ملعقه كبيره ونحط فوق كل ورده مثل الصوره
