الطبق الرئيسي: جاري بالفريك العنابي
المكونات: 300 غ لحم غنمي، بصلة مفرومة، 2 ملاعق أكل طماطم مصبرة، حبة طماطم طازجة، ربطة دبشة وكرافس، ملح، رأس حانوت، فلفل أسود، زيت، نصف كأس فريك، حبتان من الفلفل الأخضر الحار وكمية من النعناع اليابس المرحي.
التحضير: يقلى البصل في الزيت، يضاف إليه اللحم والبهارات (رأس الحانوت والفلفل الأسود) والأعشاب كاملة (لا تقطع ليبقى الجاري أحمر)، يضاف الماء (1 ل تقريبا)، وعندما يقترب اللحم من النضج نغسل الفريك بالماء ونضيفه إلى الجاري، يُخلط جيدا ثم يضاف رأسان من الفلفل الأخضر الحار، ويترك على نار هادئة إلى أن تتخثر الشربة. وعندما تستوي ترفع الأعشاب منها ويتم تزيينها، بعد أن توضع في الصحون بقليل من النعناع الأخضر المرحي، يمكن إضافة شرائح الليمون. تقدم الشوربة مع المطلوع أو البوراك.
البوراك العنابي
المكونات: أوراق ديول، 1 كلغ بطاطا مطبوخة بقليل من الملح في الماء ومهروسة، أربع بيضات، حبات زيتون أسود، بصلة، كمية من الثوم، كمية من اللحم المفروم.
التحضير: يتم قلي اللحم المفروم على حدة، ثم افتحي أوراق ديول. ضعي قليل من البطاطا فوقها اللحم، زيتون مقطع، بصل مفروم وثوم مفروم، وكسري فوقها بيضة، أغلقيها على شكل مربع واقليها في الزيت، واتبعي الطريقة نفسها مع بقية أوراق الديول.

الطبق الثانوي: الملوخية
المقادير: 250 لحم بقري، ورقتا رند، أربعة فناجين زيت، نصف ملعقة طماطم معجون، بصلة، 07 أصابع ثوم، 250 غراما ملوخية مرحية، 03 لترات ماء، ملح، ملعقة تابل وكروية.
طريقة الإعداد: نقوم بوضع الملوخية في صحن ونسكب عليه ثلاثة فناجين زيت، ونحرك إلى أن تصبح ملساء، نضعها جانبا ونقوم بتقطيع اللحم والبصلة وحبات الثوم، ونضيف إليها ملعقة التابل والكروية وورقتي الرند، ويتقلى جميعها مع فنجان زيت وإضافة نصف ملعقة طماطم ثم نصب كمية من الماء. وعند الغليان يتم صب الملوخية في الخليط مع التحريك الجيد والمتواصل. بعد ذلك، يتم سكب ثلاثة لترات من الماء مع التحريك، ويترك على نار هادئة لمدة خمس ساعات مع التحريك بين الحين والآخر حتى يعلو الزيت، ويدل ذلك أن الملوخية قد استوت، وتقدم في صحن.
السلطة: حميص
المكونات: 1 كلغ فلفل حلو، أربعة رؤوس فلفل أخضر حار، حبتا طماطم طازجة، أربع حبات ثوم، زيت زيتون، خل وملح.
التحضير: يتم شواء الفلفل الحلو والحار وكذا الطماطم والثوم على نار هادئة، ثم يوضع الجميع في كيس بلاستيكي حتى يسهل نزع القشور، ثم تقطع جميعها إلى قطع صغيرة، وتترك في إناء للتقطير. موازاة مع ذلك، يتم تحضير صلصة السلطة والمتكونة من الخل وزيت الزيتون والملح، يتم مزج الخليط مع الصلصة وتوضع في صحن وتقدم باردة.
التحلية: محلبي
المقادير:كيلة (مقدار ما تريدين استعماله كوحدة قياس) أرز مطحون ناعم نوعا ما، كيلة سكر، كيلة ماء الورد.
طريقة التحضير: أخلطي كل المقادير مع بعض وهي باردة، ثم ضعيها على نار متوسطة مع التحريك المستمر إلى أن تحصلي على خليط كثيف. وطبعا أنت تتحكمين في الكثافة. ضعيه في أواني التقديم، ثم ضعيه في الثلاجة إلى حين تقديمه للعائلة.
