200 غرام بطاطس مسلوقة
بيضة
ملعقة كبيرة زيتون أخضر مقطع الى مكعبات صغيرة
ملعقة صغيرة بقدونس مفروم
قبصة كامون
قبصة فلفل أحمر حلو
ملح
فلفل اكحل
فص ثوم مفروم
زيت نباتي للقلي
طريقة التحضير
قشر البطاطس المسلوقة ثم ادعكها بالشوكة في يان كبير.
اضف اليها البيضة، الزيتون، البقدونس والتوابل مع الملح والفلفل الاسود والثوم المفروم
خلط الكل جيدا بواسطة شوكة
اصنع من هذه العجينة كويرات بحجم الجوزة
في مقلاة زيتها غزير، ضعها فوق نار معتدلة حتى يسخن الزيت.
ضع كويرات البطاطس تقلى من جميع الجوانب حتى يتحمر لونها ثم ارفعها من المقلاة وضعها فوق ورق نشاف.
في اناء التقديم، صفف كويرات البطاطس المقلية مرفوقة بسلطة خضراء.
