منشور رقم 06 مؤرخ في 3 ذو القعدة عام 1431 هـ
الموافق لـ 11 أكتوبر سنة 2010 يتعلق بالتسجيل
في دراسات الماستر بعنوان السنة الجامعية 2010-2011
يهدف هذا المنشور إلى تحديد القواعد العامة المطبقة في مجال التسجيل في دراسات الطور الثاني المتوجه بشهادة الماستر بعنوان السنة الجامعية 2010-2011 .

1. الشروط العامة للتسجيل :
يكتسي الماستر طابعا وطنيا ، و يسمح لكل الطلبة مهما كان انتماؤهم الجغرافي الالتحاق به ، يتضمن ملحق هذا المنشور قائمة التكوينات المفتوحة في الماستر ، المقترحة على المترشحين ، بعنوان السنة الجامعية 2010-2011 .
يفتح الماستر للحاصلين على شهادة الليسانس أو شهادة معترف بمعادلتها .
يستند التسجيل في دراسات الماستر إلى المعايير التالية :
- الرغبة المعبر عنها من طرف المترشح
- شهادة الليسانس أو شهادة معادلة لها يتم تحديد ملامح الليسانس التي تسمح بالالتحاق بالماستر من قبل الهيئات المخولة لمؤسسات التعليم العالي ، و ذلك باقتراح من فرقة التكوين .
- قدرات الاستقبال و التأطير في الماستر .
2. كيفيات التسجيل :
يجب على المترشح الراغب في التسجيل إيداع ملفه لدى مؤسسة التعليم العالي المستقبلة .
يتضمن الملف :
- طلب تعليل
- شهادة الميلاد
- نسخة من شهادة البكالوريا
- نسخة من شهادة الليسانس أو شهادة معادلة لها
- الملحق الوصفي للشهادة أو مختلف كشوف النقاط للمسار الجامعي المتبع
يخضع التسجيل في الماستر لدراسة ملفات المترشحين ، تأخذ هذه الدراسة في الحسبان المعطيات و النتائج البيداغوجية (التقييم ، التدرج ، التعويض ، الاستدراك ، العقوبات التأديبية ..) و النتائج العلمية لمساراتهم الجامعية .
يتم الإعلان عن القبول في الماستر ، بعد ترتيب المترشحين حسب الاستحقاق .
3. التسجيل في الماستر (م1) للمترشحين الحاصلين على شهادة في النظام القديم :
يمكن للحائزين على شهادة في النظام القديم الترشح ، إن رغبوا في ذلك ، للتسجيل في الماستر (م1) طبقا لشبكة التناظر التالية :

نظام قديم نظام ليسانس ماستر دكتوراه
دبلوم الدراسات العليا (بكالوريا + 4 سنوات) ليسانس
ليسانس (بكالوريا + 4 سنوات) ليسانس
4. التسجيل في الماستر (م2) للمترشحين الحاصلين على شهادة مهندس دولة :
يمكن للحائزين على شهادة مهندس دولة الترشح ، إن رغبوا في ذلك ، للتسجيل في ماستر بحث (م2) بغية تحضير مذكرة بحث .
لهذا الغرض يجب على المترشحين إيداع ملف التسجيل لدى مؤسسة التعليم العالي المستقبلة .
يتضمن الملف :
- طلب تعليل
- شهادة الميلاد
- نسخة من شهادة مهندس دولة
- مختلف كشوف النقاط للمسار الجامعي المتبع
يخضع التسجيل في ماستر بحث (م2) لدراسة ملفات المترشحين ، تأخذ هذه الدراسة في الحسبان المعطيات و النتائج البيداغوجية (التقييم ، التدرج ، التعويض ، الاستدراك ، العقوبات التأديبية ..) و النتائج العلمية لمساراتهم الجامعية .
يتم الإعلان عن القبول في الماستر (م2) ، بعد ترتيب المترشحين حسب الاستحقاق .
