القضاء البريطاني يرفض استئناف السويد ويفرج عن مؤسس ويكيليكس رفض القضاء البريطاني

رفض القضاء البريطاني الخميس استئنافا سويديا يلتمس الاستمرار في احتجاز جوليان اسانج مؤسس ويكيليكس، ويقرر الافراج عنه بكفالة وشروط.
وقد مثل اسانج أمام المحكمة في لندن، بعد أكثر من اسبوع من احتجازه، للنظر في قضية ترحيله الى السويد.
وكانت محكمة في لندن قد قضت الثلاثاء بالافراج المشروط عن اسانج في انتظار حكم لن يتم قبل بداية السنة المقبلة حول ترحيله الى السويد.
لكن المدعي العام السويدي استأنف هذا القرار، مرغما مؤسس موقع ويكيليكس على البقاء قيد الاحتجاز.
وبهذا القرار افرج عن اسانج شرط ان يرتدي طوقا الكترونيا لتحديد مكانه باستمرار، ويلتزم بالاقامة في منزل احد انصاره على بعد 200 كلم شمال شرق انجلترا.
وسينتقل أسانج للإقامة في منزل ريفي عريق قرب قرية بانجي على الحدود بين نورفولك وسوفوك شرق انجلترا. ويعود المنزل لعائلة فوغان سميث وهو أحد اصدقاء اسانج.
في هذه الاثناء يستمر موقع ويكيليكس في نشر البرقيات الدبلوماسية الأمريكية، وكان من أحدثها ما نشر الاربعاء حول الرئيس الكوبي السابق فيدل كاسترو، حيث توقع فيها دبلوماسيون امريكيون بوفاة كاسترو عام 2006، وهو ما لم يحدث.
