ظاهرة الشيب المبكر..

تتعدد اسباب الشيب المبكر ،
ولكن العلماء والاطباء اجمعوا على انها تتلخص في خمسةعوامل هي :


(1) سوء التغذية:





يتغذى الشعر على عناصر أساسية أهمها الزنك والكبريت وغيرها، فالوجبات السريعة لا تجعل الشعرة تحصل على ما تحتاجه من غذاء لتنمو وتسري مادة الصبغة الملونة(الميلانين) في أجزائها. كما أن نقص التغذية عند الأطفال كنقص البروتين في غذائه يسبب شيب الشعر عند الطفل ومن الممكن أن تشد شعر رأسه فينتزع بسهولة وسر كما أن الشعر يفقد اللون الطبيعي وتجده يميل للاحمرار، وتغذية الطفل من الممكن أن تؤثر على شعره وهو في فترة الشباب، فالطفل إذا تعرض لنقص للغذاء أثناء طفولته فإن ذلك يؤثر على نمو الشعر وطبيعته في فترة الشباب،فليس هناك شك أن التغذية السليمة منذ الطفولة تلعب دوراً أساسيا ، فالغذاء يساعد على نمو الشعر واكتسابه اللون الطبيعي ، وتفسير ذلك أن الأحماض الأمينية الموجودة في نوعيات معينة من الغذاء تلعب دوراً هاماً في النمو الطبيعي للشعر ، ونقص هذه المواد في طعامنا (خاصة الطحينة والسمك والكبدة والبيض) يسبب ضعف الشعيرات وفقدان اللون الطبيعي.




(2) الإسراف في استخدام المواد الكيماوية:



إن خلايا الإنسان تتعرض الآن لأكثر من 5 ملايين مركب كيماوي يستخدمها في حياته المختلفة مثل الأدوية التي تتناولها والتي لها تأثير ضار على الشعر والمبيدات المستخدمة للقضاء على الحشرات والآفات في المنازل والحقول والتي ترش على المزروعات المختلفة والتي نأكلها و كريمات الشعر وفرده وتثبيته والشامبو والسشوار وكي الشعر فجميعها مكونة من المواد الكيماوية التي تؤثر على الخلايا الملونة وتقتلها وللأسف أصبح الشباب حريصاً على استخدامها ليلاً ونهاراً، وقد نجني نتيجة وقتية ومؤقتة لاستخدامنا لتلك المواد ونرى شعرنا جميلاً، ثم نصدم بعد ذلك.



(3) تلوث البيئة:





الأتربة وعوادم ودخان السيارات ومخلفات المصانع وتلوث الغذاء برش بالمبيدات أثناء نمو النباتات أو بإضافة مواد حافظة له أو ملونة له ضارة بالصحة وتلوث الهواء الذي نستنشقه وتلوث الماء كل ذلك يؤثر بشكل مباشر على صحة الإنسان وصحة أعضائه، وحين يحدث ضعف عام في الصحةفالطبيعي أن تتأثر صحة البشرة وتضعف وتفقد لونها.



(4) دور الوراثة:



فلا شك أن للوراثة دوراً في الشيبالمبكر للشباب ، فقد يكون أحد الأبوين مصاباً بخلل ما في التركيب الوراثي للخلايا الصبغية يعوق إفرازها لصبغة الميلانين الملونة للشعر ويورث هذا الخلل للأبناء ولأن الجهاز الوراثي يتأثر بالظروف الميحطة مثل الضغوط النفسية وتلوث الهواء ونقص الغذاء نجد أن جهاز الوراثة لدى الشباب يتأثر ويعبّر عن نفسه مبكراً أي قبل الأوان، لأن هذه الظروف المحيطة تؤثر على كفاءة كثير من وحدات الوراثة في الجسم ومنها وحدات الوراثة المتحكمة في تلوين الشعر وخلاصة هذه النقطة هي أن الشعر الأبيض قد يكون وراثة ولكن هذا التعبير الوراثي قد يحدث مبكراً جدى نتيجة للظروف والضغوط المحيطة ، والسبب بسيط فالتغيرات الوراثية الفجائية التي تحركها تلك الضغوط تؤدي بالتدريج إلى ضعف كفاءة مختلف أجهزة الجسم.



(5) تأثير الضغوط النفسية:



نحن نعيش في عصر يشيب الشعر والقلب فيه قبل الاوان ،فالمواقف الضاغطة جعلت الناس تجتر همومها بما فيهم الشباب الصغير ، فالشيب النفسي يصيب كل أجزاء الجسم نتيجة للظروف والضغوط النفسية المحيطة فتتعرض كل أجزاء الجسم للشيخوخة المبكرة، فنجد شاباً في العشرين من العمر ومصاباً بالسكر أو بالقلب أو نجده مكتئباً وغير مقبل على الحياة وشعره أبيض ، فالضغوط المحيطة تجهد كل خلايانا.

و ما الحل ،عندما تكتب أبسط موضوع عن البيئة (استعملوا القفة بدل الكيس البلاستيكي)، تشعر أنك مجنون.
أما التغذية ،فالأمر يحتاج إلى التدخل السلطة،لأن الذي يعمل خارج البيت ،لا خيار له سوى الذهاب إلى مطاعم الربح السريع عفوا الأكل السريع ،و لو قلت لهم أين الأكل الصحي ،سيقول لك (ما عجبكش ماتشريش بسيف)؟ .

إن ثقافة التغذية الصحية تساوي الصفر،و الثقافة البيئة 00 ،و إن فقهنا مثقال ذرة من هذه القناة أو ذاك الموقع طغت عليه المادة،ألا ترى المساحة تترك لتكون خضراء،فيأتي فلان ابن عم المير ،فتصبح فيلا + قرجات و حوانت،و الكل يعلم أن الديزل أكبر ملوث ،لكنه الأرخص ،فيقبلون على سيارة الديزل ... ،أما الضغوط النفسية فقد تكلمت و لم تترك شيئا،و مازال الخير للقدام،فالبناء لا يتوقف،و الآن ازدحام السيارات يبدأ على الساعة 6 سا و 40 دقيقة و العام القادم أضنه سيبدأ على الساعة 6 سا 20 ،و الاستقاظ يكون 5 سا ،و لا يصبح العمل ذا قيمة،بل يصبح المهم من يصل إلى العمل غير منهك من الزحام.
