صحيفة إسرائيلية ترصد توزيع وتعاطى المصريين للحشيش أمام قصر عابد

تحت عنوان " قاهرة مسترخية ..حشيش وتناقضات" كشف بني تسيبار المحلل السياسي بصحيفة هأرتس الإسرائيلية عن زيارة قام بها للقاهرة لافتا إلى مشاهدته عدد من التناقضات داخل مصر كان من بينها تعاطي المصريين لمخدر الحشيش أمام القصر الرئاسي بحي عابدين خلال أحد حفلات الزفاف النوبية .

وقال بني تسيبار في تقرير له بالصحيفة أمس الاثنين: " في القاهرة تشعر دائما بأن من حولك "مساطيل" خاصة حينما تكون نهاية الأسبوع وتزداد الحاجة لمخدر الحشيش ، مثالا على هذا شاهدته في حي عابدين ، في أحد الشوارع المطلة على القصر الرئاسي ، الحي تسكنه أغلبية نوبية هاجروا من الصعيد ، هناك شاهدت حفل زفاف ، وهو الحفل الذي اتسم بالشعبية ، وهو ما يعني انسداد الشارع وتوقف حركة المرور ، علاوة على مد أسلاك الكهرباء المحملة بلمبات الأفراح الملونة ، وجلوس أفراد الحي والضيوف بجانب الموائد والاستماع إلى فرقة غناء نوبية يطلق عليها اسم " رانجو" أفرادها يرتدون ملابس تقليدية وغريبة الأطوار ، الأهم من كل هذا هو ان الموائد التي كان تحمل أطباق الفواكه ، كان يقدم عليها أيضا أطباق تحتوي على قطع الحشيش ، مجانا لكل من يطلب هذا المخدر ويصبح بعدها صحيحا لما لا ؟"

وأضاف بني تسيبار انه على الرغم من أن تعاطي الحشيش والإتجار به أمران محظوران بمصر إلا أن حالة الاسترخاء العام هناك تحول المحاذير والقوانين إلى مجرد "وصايا" غير ملزمة ، مضيفا أنه يمكن لرجال الشرطة أن تعتقل كل من كان في هذا الفرح النوبي لكن رجال الشرطة لم يعطوا اهتماما للأمر ، لذلك عندما يحكون لي في تل أبيب عن سيطرة العقيدة والإسلام الأصولي في القاهرة فإنني أضحك ، صحيح أن هناك أصولية بمصر لكن هناك أيضا انتهاكات لتلك الأصولية لكن هذه التناقضات لا يعرفها إلا من رأها مثلي .

وقال الصحفي الإسرائيلية في تقريره أن الحياة في مصر تتسم بنوع من الاسترخاء والسلبية والتسليم بالقدر والنصيب مما يفرض حالة من الخمول هناك مضيفا أنه أثناء خروجه من الفندق الذي كان يقيم به متوجها إلى المطار عائدا إلى اسرائيل جاء احد رجال الأمن المصريين لمرافقته للمطار إلا أنني قلت له بطريقة لطيفة أن هذا غير ضروري واقتنع بما قلته له ، بعد ذلك كتبت له خطابا تنازلت فيه عن مرافقته لي حتى المطار فعاد هو الى بيته بعدها سعيدا ومنشرح القلب .
