إيطاليا تفتح باب الهجرة للعمل والإقامة للجزائريين

قررت الحكومة الإيطالية رفع الحظر المفروض على دخول العمال المهاجرين من دول عديدة بينها الجزائر، وأعلنت قرارها منح 100 ألف رخصة عمل جديدة للكفاءات والعمال القادمين من عدة دول، ويشمل القرار المهاجرين القادمين من الجزائر.
يدخل في شهر فيفري المقبل قرار الحكومة الإيطالية الذي يتيح للجزائريين من الكفاءات المهنية المختلفة التخصصات الإقامة في إيطاليا والحصول على رخصة للعمل في هذا البلد، بعدما وقع الوزير الأول الإيطالي سيلفيو برليسكوني على مرسوم يسمح بتدفق قرابة 100 ألف عامل وافد جديد، بينهم حوالي 50 ألف تأشيرة عمل مخصصة للعمال من جميع القطاعات القادمين من الجزائر وألبانيا وبنغلادش ومصر والفيليبين وغانا والمغرب ومولدافيا ونيجيريا وباكستان والسينغال والصومال وسريلانكا وتونس والهند والبيرو والنيجر وغامبيا.
وقالت صحيفة ''لاريبوبليكا'' الإيطالية إن ''إيطاليا تفتح من جديد الأبواب للمهاجرين الذين يريدون العمل فيها، وفق حصص خاصة بالبلدان التي وقعت معها إيطاليا اتفاقيات بشأن استقدام العمالة ومن بينها الجزائر. وأكد نفس المصدر أن هذا الإجراء سيدخل حيز التطبيق خلال الأسبوعين المقبلين، من خلال صدور مرسوم تنفيذي ينظم هذه العملية. وأكدت نفس المصادر أن أولى الدفعات من العمال الأجانب ستبدأ في القدوم إلى إيطاليا ربما في شهر فيفري 2011 وهذا القرار الجديد من شأنه إلغاء قرار سابق كانت اتخذته إيطاليا وفرضت بموجبه حظرا على استقبال العمال الأجانب منذ نهاية سنة 2008 تحت تأثير الأزمة الاقتصادية.
من جانب آخر أعلنت وزارة الداخلية الإيطالية عن قرار وزاري يقضي باجتياز المهاجرين والمهاجرين غير الشرعيين الذين يريدون الإقامة وتسوية وضعيتهم في إيطاليا لاختبار في اللغة الإيطالية. ويعفي القرار المهاجرين الذين يعملون مترجمين أو صحفيين أو أطباء أو أية مهنة أخرى تتطلب المعرفة الجيدة باللغة الإيطالية من الامتحان وكذلك الذين درسوا في إيطاليا، وتتم تسوية وضعية هؤلاء بشكل مباشر ودون الخضوع لهذا الامتحان.
ويصب قرار إيطاليا المتعلق بإدراج حصة خاصة للمهاجرين الجزائريين، تنفيذا للوعد الذي كان قد أعلنه وزير الخارجية الإيطالي فرانكو فراتيني في زيارة قام بها إلى الجزائر في شهر جويلية الماضي، حيث أعلن يومها عن إعادة النظر ورفع عدد ومدة التأشيرات وتبسيط الإجراءات الخاصة بتنقل الجزائريين إلى إيطاليا.
