عقود بيع غاز من مصر لإسرائيل بمليارات الدولارات

أعلنت شركة اسرائيلية ان اربع شركات اسرائيلية وقعت اتفاقات لشراء غاز مصري لمدة عشرين عاما بقيمة تتراوح بين خمسة وعشرة مليارات دولار،وقالت شركة " أمبال - اميركان اسراييل كوربوريشن " ان شركات " اسراييل كاميكالز، وديد سي ووركس، واويل ريفاينريز، واو بي سي روتم " وقعت اتفاقات تقضي بتسلم 1 , 4 مليار متر مكعب من الغاز المصري خلال عقدين مع خيار رفع هذه الكمية الى 2 , 9 مليار متر مكعب .
وتم توقيع العقد مع المجموعة الاسرائيلية المصرية " ايست مديترانيان غاز " التي تملك شركة " امبال اميركان اسراييل كوربوريشن " 12 , 5 % منها.
وستستخدم الشركات هذا الغاز لتشغيل ثلاث محطات خاصة لتوليد الكهرباء على ان يبدأ التسليم "بين الفصل الأول والثاني من العام المقبل" حسب ما اشار البيان. وبهذه العقود ترتفع كمية الغاز التي ستسلم الى اسرائيل الى ما مجموعه ستة مليارات متر مكعب بقيمة 19 مليار دولار، لأن شركة " ايست مديرانيان غاز " سبق وان وقعت سلسلة اخرى من الاتفاقات مع شركات اسرائيلية اخرى منذ عام 2005 .
وأفادت صحيفة غلوبس الاسرائيلية اليومية ان التوقيع على هذه العقود يشكل ضربة قاسية للشركات التي لاتزال تنقب عن الغاز في حقل تامار قبالة مرفأ حيفا شمال البلاد والذي تقدر احتياطاته بثمانية مليارات متر مكعب. وتقوم بإدارة هذا المشروع مجموعة نوبل انرجي الأمريكية التي تتخذ من تكساس مركزا لها .
ووجه وزير البنى التحتية عوزي لانداو الأحد رسالة الى رئيس الحكومة الاسرائيلية بنيامين نتنياهو يحذره فيها من امكانية توجه شركات اسرائيلية الى مصر والتخلي عن التنقيب في حقل تامار .
وحسب الوزير الاسرائيلي فإن الاعلان عن تقرير رسمي يدعو الى زيادة حصة الدولة من عائدات حقول الغاز في اسرائيل أثار حالة من القلق ويوصي هذا التقرير الذي أعد بناء على طلب من الحكومة بزيادة حصة الدولة من عائدات حقول الغاز ثلاثة اضعاف لتصل الى 60٪، عندما تكون الشركات التي تعمل في التنقيب قد استعادت ما يوازي استثماراتها من بيع الغاز الذي يتم العثور عليه .
