اجلس في مكان هادئ مرتين في اليوم : صباحاً ومساءً وامتنع عن الكلام واشعر بما يدور حولك

أنضر إلى مغيب الشمس .أو اسمع خرير الماء أوشم رائحة الورود أدخل في لقاء مع الطبيعة من حولك واشعر بالحياة تدب في كل شيء وتبدع إبداعاً لا نهاية له

ابدأ يومك بالقول بأنك لن تحكم على إي شيء يحدث من حولك هذا اليوم
امنح الناس من حولك ابتسامة أو زهرة أو دعاء . بهذا تكون أنت الحلقة المنحة في تلك السلسلة الطويلة . فابتسامك لأخيك يؤدي إلى سروره وفرحه وهو بالتالي سيعطي الفرح من حوله وينتج عن ذالك دائرة العطاء . وعندما تدور الدائرة ويصلك الفرح من سواك بابتسامة أو بشيء أكبر من مال وصداقة وأخوة أو يصلك عطاء الطيعة من نور الشمس أو زقزقة العصافير
عندئذ تقبل ذلك برضا وقبول وشكر.

تقبل العطف والاحترام الحب من لآخرين وأعطهم بالمقابل العاطف والاهتمام والاحترام والحب حتى وان أبديت ذلك بصمت فإن تلك الأشياء تظهر من خلال تصرفاتك إذا كنت تدركها

اعلم أن أفضل طريق لتحضير مستقبل باهر هو أن تكون على إدراك كامل بالحاضر

سل نفسك قبل أن تتخذ قراراً هل ستحقق نتائج هذا القرار الذي أتخذه الرضا لي ولجميع التأثرين من حولي بذلك القرار ؟
استفت قلبك فإن شعرت بإحساس يريحك . فابدأ , إن شعرت بضيق وانقباض فراقب ذالك وخذه بالاعتبار


تقبل أحداث من كما هي لا كما ترغب أنت أن تكون ولا تلق المسؤولية على غيرك بل تحمل مسؤوليتك بنفسك

اعلم ان كل عسر يحمل في طياته اليسر والفرصة لتغير حياتك نحو الأفضل


ثق بالحياة ولا تكن بحاجة للدفاع عن نظرتك للأمور أمام الآخرين ولا تحاول أن تقنع الآخرين بتقبل نظرتك للحياة وافتح قلبك لكل وجهة نظر دون أن تتشبث بها فكل الطرق صحيحة لأصحابها فليس هناك طريق أصح من الطريق الآخر بل كل طريق صحيح للسائر فيه تبعاً للزمان والمكان والحالة النفسية للسائر ألا ترى بأنك أحياناً تضحك من نفسك لأنك تسلك طريقاً معيناً والآن ترى بوضوح أن ذلك الطريق لم يعد يناسبك ؟

فأنت لست الذي كنته بالأمس فلا تسخر من طريق الآخرين بل احترمها وأحبها وقدسها واعتبرها صالحة للسائرين بها ولا تقل بان طريقك هي الفضل الطرق



بل هي أفضل الطرق لك وحدك في حالتك النفسية الراهنة وفي مكانك الحالي وزمانك هذا فإذا تغيرت أحدى تلك العوامل الثلاثة فإنك تصبح بحاجة إلى طريق آخر وإن لم تفعل فإنك ستعيش في تناقص وصراع مع نفسك ويصبح طريقك الذي كان الأفضل لك عبئاً عليك وعقبة أمام وصولك إلى هدفك

لا تفرض آراءك التي تظن أنها حلول لمشاكلك بل انتظر أن يأتيك الحل من حيث لا تتوقع إذا كنت تعيش في حاضرك بوعي ومحبة وإذا كنت تتقبل ما يأ تيك من هذا الكون المليء بالمفاجآت وعش بشعور دائم أن الأشياء غير ثابتة وأنك في أمان بهذا الشعور فليس هناك شيء ثابت بل كل شيء يتحرك ويتغير وفي كل لحظة يتحول الكزن من شأنٍ إلى شأن وأن يؤدي إلى الشعور بأن لكل مشكلة حلاً وأن كل صعوبة في تحول إلى سهولة بل إلى فرص للتغيير وهذا سر الحياة

كن على وعي تام بأنك قبل أن تكون جسداً وأعضاء وفكراً وشعوراً أنت روح وجدت منذ الأزل وستبقى إلى ما شاء الله فبتلك النفحة الإلهية تشعر بالحياة
