عشان تعرفون ليش الزعفران غالhttp://www.e-mailaat.com/newsm/3782.jpgي‎ سبب غلاء سعر الزعفران يعود الى ارتفاع تكلفة إنتاجه أي أن 500 غرام منه يتطلب زراعة ما لا يقل عن 70.000 زهرة يجب أن تكون بصحة جيدة لتكون صالحة للاستخدام وعندما يتم تجفيف الزعفران يفقد الكثير من وزنه فالخمسة وعشرون كيلو غرام منه يصبح بعد التجفيف حوالي خمسة كيلو غرامات فقط كما أن العمل في إنتاجه وتحضيره يتم يدوياً مما يتسبب في بطء عملية انتاجه وأيضاً له سمعة كمنشط جنسي مما يزيد الطلب عليه وأجود أنواع الزعفران ذو الشعر الأحمر الذي ليس في أطراف شعره صفرة. وأفضله الطري، الحسن اللون، الذكي الرائحة، الغليظ الشعر، الذي يوجد في أطرافه شبه بياض , و الزعفران أغلى أنواع التوابل المجففة في العالم والأنواع الفاخرة منه تزرع في ايران وقد يصل سعر 500 غرام منه الى 2000 دولار حسب الموسم ويستخدم الزعفران في الأطعمة كمحسن للنكهات وكملون وأيضاً يستخدم كدواء و عشان تعرفون ليش الزعفران غالي‎ شوفوا الصور
