عندما يغضب منك أحد ما, صديق مقرب أو حبيب, أو أي شخص مقرب لك, تشعر أن الدنيا ضيقة عليك, تجلس في غرفتك المفضلة....فتشعر أنها أضيق من علبة كبريت, تخرج إلى فناء البيت, فتشعر أن السماء تطبق عليك, تشعر أن كل شيء ممل, حتى الكراسي ...لوح الجدران...ممرات البيت...وحتى ما نلبس من ملابس

يا ترى..ألهذه الدرجة نحبهم.....؟

وإن كانت درجة الحب كبيرة, هل سنجرؤ أن نخاصمهم مرة أخرى...؟

وإن كانوا هم من يخاصمنا...هل سيأتي اليوم الذي سيبدأ الحوار الصحي بيننا, فنكشف ما يضايقنا فيهم....ونطلب منهم أن يكشفوا ما يضايقهم فينا....حوار له حدود وليس تجاوز للخطوط..؟

وإن كانت الظروف هي التي تتحكم بنفسياتنا, هل سيأتي اليوم الذي نجعل مصائرنا في قبضة أيدينا...ونصبح نحن من يملك فرحنا ومآسينا...وليست الظروف التي حوالينا..؟


هل سيأتي اليوم الذي نخرج فيه عن إطار صورتنا وننظر لصورتنا بمنظار قريب فنكشف نقطة ضعفنا ونتعامل معها فنحسنها ونقويها وننظر لمحاسننا المنسية التي غطاها تراب الإهمال ...فنرجعها لفطرتها..؟

هل سيأتي اليوم الذي سننظر فيه لواقعنا بنظرة أخرى غير التي كنا قد اعتدنا عليها...فيختلف الحَكم...فتختلف النظرة...ثم يختلف الحُكم...ومن ثم..نختلف نحن..

هل سيأتي اليوم الذي سترحل عنا أفكارنا السلبية وحساسيتنا فنتعامل مع من نحب بروية عاقلة تسمح لنا بفهم الأمور حولنا..لنصدر الحكم الصحيح, لنفهم نفسيات من نحب بشكل صحيح ..لنعرف قصدهم...ثم.لنسعد بحبهم..لأننا سنكون قد فهمنا مقصدهم..

الحوار النافع خير وسيلة ليتم التصارح عما كان يغضب القلب, حتى تكون القلوب بيضاء

لنبدأ الآن...
لتتصافح قلوبنا...قبل أيدينا..حتى لا يغضب أحبتنا
ونرجع أولئك البعيدين عنا الذين كانوا ذات يوم أجمل حب في قلوبنا
أماً كانت أو أختا أو أخا أو زوجة أو ابنا أو صديقا أو جارا...أو زميلا.., أيا كان...لتتعانق بحب ...أرواحنا


دائما يجب أن تتأمل خيرا في علاقاتك مع الآخرين, وإن جاء السوء في حياتك...(تفاءلوا خيرا تجدوه) ولأن التفاؤل بالخير...هو نفسه سعادة

لا تعتقد أن الحياة هي أن تعيش إلى الأبد....
ولكن الحياة...هي أن تجعل معيشتك...قيمة...لتستمع برحلة حياتية ..ممتعة
فتكون العلاقة مع الآخرين جيدة, وصريحة بالصدق



هل تخاف أن تبدأ حياتك من جديد...
لتصنع حياتك نظيفة من الكذب....
كن أكثر صراحة...فلا تعود تخاف من المواجهة

يقول أحدهم...لماذا لا يستطيع الحب ملامسة قلوبنا...كما يفعل الخوف؟

كل شخص يرغب أن يعيش كما يريد..
كل شخص يحب أن يعيش بحرية...
لذا..
تحرر من قيود.كبلك بها آخرون..


هل تعرف الكلاب الأليفة...
هي تلاحقك أينما ذهبت...
الخوف مثل الكلاب الأليفة..

لا تخف...واجه خوفك...وقف أمامها...
مثل الإعصار...
وقم بطرح كل الأوراق التي تتحدث عنك, عن صفاتك وعن نفسك أنت,
لا تخفي شيء عنا أحبتك....
لا أقول أظهر كل شيء
بل هناك أمور خاصة لا يجب أن تنكشف..
بل هنا أكتب لك, أن تظهر نفسك الحقيقية...إن هم تقبلوها...فهم يستحقون صداقتك وقربك
وإن لم يتقبلونك...فحتى لو ظللت الدهر كله لطيفا معهم, ولبست الآلاف من وجوه التنكر والتزيف..
فإنهم لن يريدونك......
هم ...لا يستحقون عناءك




يمكن أن تعيش حياتك الواقعية ...
يمكن أن تظل عشرات السنين تعيشها..
طوال عمرك...
ولكن...
ربما لا تعيشها إلا بوجه واحد..
وجه فصله الآخرون لك..
وجه ..هو ليس الواقعية..
بل حياة ضبابية .. رسمت خيالات نفسية تأثرت بها من صغرك....فجرحت نفسيتك
لهذا...ربما أنت تعيش حياة ...ليست هي أنت



نحن أحيانا نعيش وفق ما تخططه لنا أحلامنا..
فتدريجيا نبتعد عن الواقع...فنسقط في مستنقع الأحلام...
انهض للواقع..
واعلم أن مستقبلك ليس كما تقوله أحلامك أحيانا...
عندما تريد أن تعيش في المستحيل...عش واقعك بتحقيقه..
واجعل ثمرك ونتيجة جهدك للواقع
ولا تذبل ثمرة جهدك...وعبير وردك..في أحلام......
لا تتحقق أبدا


لا تكن فظا مع الآخرين, واعلم دائما أن الفظاظة هي تقليد الشخص الضعيف للقوة...فلا تكن فظا غليظ القلب..حتى لا ينفضوا من حولك..
ليكن عندك قلب.....لا يتصلب أبدا
ليكن عندك أعصاب....لا تتعب أبدا
ليكن عندك لمسة من يديك.....لا تؤلم أبدا..


من أعظم اللحظات في حياة أي شخص يريد تطوير خبرته في التعامل مع الآخرين هي عندما يكف عن محاولة الإختباء من نفسه....ويحاول أن يكون هو بنفسه...أن يكون منسجما هو من ذاتية نفسه...
عندما نعتاد على لبس أقنعة تنكر أمام الآخرين...أقنعة تلغي الذات الحقيقة وتكشف وجوه التنكر المزيفة....
فإننا بالنهاية سنعتاد على هذه الأقنعة...
فنبدأ بالإختباء عن أنفسنا....
وبالتالي....نبتعد عن اكتشاف ماهية النفس ورغباتها...
وكلما ابتعدنا عنها...ازددنا توغلا في الحيرة....
وبالتالي....لا نبتعد فقط عن الناس...
بل أيضا نبتعد عن انفسنا...
كن أمينا مع نفسك....او بمعنى آخر, تقبل نفسك على علاتها



تحكم بعواطفك....وإلا...
تحكمت هي بك

إن الإنتقاد البناء لا يؤدي بك إلى طريق مسدود كما تعتقد....بل وكأن هذا الإنتقاد يعطيك طريق الخلاص....لماذا؟
لأنه يقوم سلوكك...
فيعدل انتاجك...
فيجذب الآخرين لك..
ثم..
يجعلك محبوبا بينهم...
لذا لا تغضب إن حاول صديقك أو شخص مقرب منك أن ينتقدك, والإنتقاد بناء, بل احرص على محاولة إيجاد أخطاءك, لأنه عندما يحاول صديقك أو قريبك اصلاحك, فإنك وبفضل صديقك هذا ستظهر بوجه أفضل وأجمل أمام الآخرين

أنا هي عدوة نفسي...
أنا من يعذب نفسي....
أنا التي تصنع مني وحشا...
لماذا؟؟
لأني أنا التي سلبت منها الثقة..

أحيانا نكون في ضبابية الطفولة...وتأثير بيئات قديمة عشناها...فنصنع عالما خاصا بنا...فنهمل الواقع....نهمل حقيقة نحن فيها....
لذا...
تتطلب شجاعة كبيرة لنكبر..
حتى نصبح الواقع الذي يجب أن يكون...


هل تخشى من ارتكاب الأخطاء.....
بينما أنت تتردد لأنك تخاف من ارتكاب الأخطاء....
ستجد آخرين....مشغولين بارتكاب الأخطاء والصعود من كثرة ارتكابها....إلى عرش التميز....
فلا تخف من ارتكاب الأخطاء.....كلنا يدفع ثمنا لما يتعلمه..

إذا بكيت لأن الشمس رحلت عن حياتك...
فإن دموعك ستمنعك من رؤية النجوم...
لا تحزن أكثر من اللازم....
وتمنع أن تبدأ من جديد مع الأقربين منك
حياة يملاءها التفاؤل والحب


لتكن عادلا مع الآخرين...لأن العدل سمة يحبها الناس أجمع, حتى الظالم نفسه يحب العدل...لذا
عندما تحاكم الآخرين.....
احذر من أمر واحد..
لا تدع خوفك. أو تحاملك, أو حقدك....
يؤثران على حكمك...


يجب أن نعيد النظر في شكوكنا...
كيف نجلي الشكوك؟
بالحوار الصريح....نحن نقتل أي شك
ولتعلم دائما....
أن معظم الشكوك فيمن حولنا...
هي معظمها نابعة عن أنفسنا...


الآخرين......هم مرايا نفسك..
أنت لا تستطيع أن تحب أو تكره شيء فيهم
إلا إذا عكسوا شيء تحبه أو تكرهه
لذا ...
تستطيع أن تجعل الآخرين يحبونك...
الصفات التي يحبونها هم , اعكسها فيك....
أأسر قلوبهم....بفعل ما يحبون...
لا أقول كن ضعيف الشخصية أو التابع...
لا..
بل أقول...
احتفظ بشخصيتك....وفكرك..
مع اظهار اهتمام بنفسيتهم ...
وانعكاس ما يحبونه...في صفاتك....


يجب أن تتعلم أن تعرف.... أخطاءك الماضية
وتعرف الأسباب التي كانت تؤدي لعمل مشاكل مع من تحب...
وتعرف الصفات التي بك..صفات خاطئة....
لأنك إن لم تعرفها...وتصححها...فستكون مجبرا على تكرارها...مرارا ومرارا...



هناك أشخاص يعتقدون أنهم سجناء القدر...
لكنهم ليسوا كذلك....
بل هم...
سجناء عقولهم وفكرهم..


قال أحدهم:
أنا لا أعرف مفتاح النجاح...
لكني أعرف تمام المعرفة مفتاح الفشل...
أتعرف ما هو...
محاولتك دائما لإرضاء الجميع...


لا تجعل المدرسة تتدخل في دراستك...
لا تجعل بيتك وبيئتك يتدخلان في تعاملك مع الناس
يعني..
لا تجعل ما تعانيه من مؤثرات خارجية...تؤثر على نفسيتك الداخلية..

لا تخاف من التناقش

الحوار الصحي بين الجانبين يحرر أنفسنا من سجن المعاناة الصامتة التي وضعنا أنفسنا فيها, ومن ثم تتعزز العلاقات مع الآخرين...
ثم يكون العالم جميلا..



عندما يتم الحوار, فنحن نصنع حياة...
نحن نكشف وجه آخر في الشخص الآخر....
وجه. لم نكتشفه سابقا...
وجه...ربما لو عرفناه...لتغيرت حياتنا معه

عندما تصر على البدء من جديد بحب...
ادخل وكأنك في حرب...
وفي الحرب..
ليس هناك بديل ....عن النصر



اعلم دائما...
أنه من الأفضل أن تهزم بسبب مبادئك
على أن تفوز بسبب أكاذيبك
لذا...فوسيلة الكذب في علاقاتك مع الآخرين...
هي خسارتهم....
قبل اكتسابهم


عقبتان في طريق السعادة:
تثبيت الذهن عن طريق معين واحد بقصد استخلاص السعادة, وإغفال ما عداه من طرق....
كأن يتعس المرء حياته إذا أبت (فتاة واحدة) أن تبادله الحب مثلا, أو كأن تتعس الفتاة حياتها لأنها لم تفلح في الظهور على المسرح, أو على شاشة السينما.

التحسر على النفس...يتحسر المرء على نفسه بسرد المنغصات وأسباب سوء الطالع التي يعانيها...ويغفل أسباب المتعة والسعادة المفتحة أمامه...وإذا أدمن المرء الحسرة على نفسه انتهى إلى رفض كل سبيل يقترح عليه للخروج من منغصاته أو سوء طالعه.

مهما يكن من شأن عجزك, أو قصورك, أو نقصك, ومهما تكن هذه قد حاقت بك بغير ذنب, فإنك تستطيع أن تقتدي برجال الأعمال فتمحو الديون الميتة, التي لم يعد سبيل إلى تحصيلها, إنس أن من حقك الحصول عليها, وركز ذهنك فيما هو متاح لك...قريب من متناول يديك,

لا تتردد في تطبيق الذي ذكر....
فالتردد لا يجعلك فقط تخسر...
بل يجعلك عدة أميال بعيدا عن طريق الخلاص من مشاكلك

اسأل نفسك دائما...
هل ما تفعله اليوم...يقربك إلى ما تريده غدا..؟
