السلام عليكم ورحمة تعالى وبركاته اما بعد انا كمال بوذراع من خنشلة عندى .اخوانى احبائى اننى اعانى من الحقرة والبروقراطية لقد منحونى محل تجارى فى عمرات طريق باتنة بخنشلة سنة 1998 بضبط فى 06/01/1998 فى اطار تشغيل الشباب مع العلم بان هذه الاستفادة كان عمرى 28 سنة يعنى شاب اليوم عمرى 43 سنة ولكن هذه الاستفادة كانت على الورق فقط بلعامية القبض مكانش من هذا التاريخ وان انتضر فى هذا المحل الى يومنا هذا مع العلم باننى مريض مرض مزمن الكلى + السكرى اخوانى كل الابواب سدة فى وجهى اليسة هذه حقرة وبروقراطية فى بلادى الجزائر لقد راسلتو البلدية والولاية والدائرة ولكن لا حياة لمن تونادى انا اب لربعة اطفال ومريض لا اسطيع العمل انا الان اعمل بوكالة هاتفية هذا ما املك وانا الان اعمل بمحل مستاجر وكل يوم صحاب المحل يقولى اخرج من المحل اخوانى ما العمل وكيف اتصرف وبارك الله فيكم اخوانى والله ولى التوفيق لى ولكم

بالفعل مشكلتك كمشكلة الكثيرين في الجزائر..
انها البيروقراطية التي تنهك الشعب وتذله..
اسال الله ان يفرج عنك لكن ما ضاع حق ورائه طالب..
استمر اخي في طلب السلطات المعنية ..راسلهم ولا تسكت عن حقك ابداا
لكن بالمقابل لا تياس لان الدنيا لا تزال بخير..
وحدث صاحب المحل الذي تشتغل فيه لعل قلبه يحن..ويتركك تعمل..
ارجوك اخي ضع الياس جانباا واملا قلبك بالايمان بقضاء الله وقدره.
وقم الليل وادعوا الله ان يفرج عنك ويشفيك..
وانزع اي فكرة سوداء من راسك..لان للمطالبة بالحق طرق سلمية ومجدية..
اسال الله ان يزيل عنك هذا الهم ويشفيك
