لكن التغيير، وإن لم يطل الأمير الوليد هذه السنة، فانه قد طال مباشرة المرتبة الثانية في القائمة وهي المرتبة التي تربع عليها الفريق أول ضاحي خلفان تميم قائد عام شرطة دبي الذي حقق حضورا عالميا منقطع النظير من خلال الكشف، بأشرطة الفيديو والصور وبالدلائل القاطعة، عن مدبري جريمة اغتيال محمود المبحوح القيادي في حركة حماس في أحد فنادق دبي والذين بلغ عددهم 27 من عناصر المخابرات الإسرائيلية الموساد. لقد بثت شبكات التلفزة العالمية، من نيويورك إلى هونغ كونغ، على مدى أسابيع، وحتى اللحظة إنجازات شرطة دبي في تحطيم أسطورة الموساد الإسرائيلي.

واحتل المرتبة الثالثة في القائمة شخصية جديدة هي داليا مجاهد، السيدة المصرية الأصل التي أصبحت مستشارة للرئيس الأمريكي باراك أوباما، وكانت بذلك أول سيدة مسلمة محجبة تصل هذا المنصب الرفيع في البيت الأبيض، وأول سيدة تتبوأ هذه المرتبة في قائمتنا لأقوى 100 شخصية عربية.

وكما تلاحظون فان الأمير الوليد ومحمد العبار رئيس شركة إعمار، كانا الشخصيتين الوحيدتين اللتين حافظتا على موقعهما في المراتب الخمسة الأولى طيلة السنوات الست الماضية. وفي قائمة هذا العام كان هناك 5 داخلين جددا على المراتب العشرة الأولى، كان أبرزهم عادل علي الرئيس التنفيذي ومؤسس شركة طيران العربية الذي تقدم 78 مرتبة.

وبعد أن خسرت دولة الإمارات لصالح السعودية في قائمة العام الماضي، استعادت الإمارات هذا الموقع في قائمة 2010 حيث حازت على 17 اسما من الأسماء الـ 100 في قائمتنا، فيما جاء لبنان ومصر بالمرتبة الثالثة بـ 16 اسما لكل منهما أما نصيب السعودية فقد كان 15 اسماً هذا العام. وقد حصلت سورية على مرتبة أرفع هي الخامسة هذا العام حيث حازت على 12 اسماً.

عهد الشّخصيّات العربيّة التّاريخيّة قد مضى إلى غير رجعة
و لم يبق في أوطاننا العربيّة من يستطيع أن يزأر صارخا في وجه كلّ من يحاول المساس بمقومات هذه الأمّة ،
الشّخصيّات العربيّة التي ذكرتها أخ نجيب، أكثرنا لا يعرفها و لم يسمع عنها شيئا فكيف يمكن أن تصنّف ضمن الشّخصيّات القويّة ؟
إنّ الحضور البارز لحماية إسرائيل و تمرير المشاريع الأمريكيّة هو الشي الوحيد الذي تعتمد عليه هذه التّصنيفات المريبة، فأمريكا و إسرائيل لا تعني لها الشخصيّة القويّة إلا تلك الشّخصيّات التي تقمع شعوبها لتسارع في إرضاء إسرائيل و أمريكا
و هكذا حال الكثير من رؤسائنا و وزرائنا و ساساتنا، فحسني مبارك شخصية قويّة، و المالكي شخصيّة قويّة، و محمود عبّاس شخصية قوية ، و محمد السادس شخصية قويّة...
و لو رأيتم كيف يصنع الإعلام الغربي لإبراز هذه الوجوه و تلميعها ، و كيف بالمقابل يتعاملون مع الشّخصيات الأخرى التي تقف حجر عثرة في طريقها لتبيّنت لكم حقائق مذهلة عن مدى الاستعباط في هذه الإحصائيّات اليائسة
منذ مدّة شاهدت فلما من إنتاج السينما الغربيّة عن قصّة الرئيس الأوغندي السّابق عيدي أمين - رحمه الله و غفر له - الذي توفّي في منفاه بجدّة بالمملكة العربيّة السعوديّة و كيف أرادوا تشويه صورته أمام العالم، واصفين إياه بالدكتاتوري و مجرم حرب ، لأنّه وقف ضدّ اليهود و طردهم من بلاده، و عرّى السّياسات البريطانية المتصهينة إبّان فترة حكمه في السبعينات قبل الانقلاب عليه،
و هكذا فمثل أمين عيدي لا يمكن أبدا أن يعتبر من الشخصيات القويّة
