أسئلة من أجل نظرة على مستقبلك المهني

" كيف يمكنني أن أصل إلى وجهة، دون أن أعرف مكان تواجدي ولا أين سأذهب"
إن النجاح المهني يشبه سفرا طويلا فهو يبدأ بمعرفة الوجهة ثم قطع التذكرة وبعدها ركوب الحافلة أو القطار أو الطائرة أو أي وسيلة نقل توصلني إلى وجهتي ومقصدي، وهذا ما يتطلب مني أن أعرف من أنا وماذا أريد وأين سأصل.
ولعل هذا ينطبق على تحقيق النجاح والوصول إلى الأهداف فعلي أن أعرف من أنا وما هي أهدافي وماذا علي أن أفعله حتى أصل إلى أهدافي وهذا كله يساعد على تسلق سلم النجاح بسرعة.
الملاحظ إن كل طريق نحو نجاح ما يتطلب معرفة بعض التفاصيل التي على ضوئها يتبين مسار الطريق، وهذا أسئلة الإجابة عنها قد تساعد في رؤية أوسع في المجال المهني:
1. من أنا؟
2. ما هي نقاط قوتي؟
3. ما هي نقاط ضعفي؟
4. ما هي الفرص المتوفرة لدي؟
5. ما هي مخاوفي؟
6. ما ذا أريد أن أكون؟
7. ما هي مهمتي؟
8. ما هي أهدافي؟
9. كيفية نقل رؤيتي للآخرين الذي يعملون معي
10. مع من أتعامل؟
هذه أسئلة يمكن الإجابة عنها في ظرف خمس دقائق ولكن علينا أن نأخذ وقتا أطول من أجل تفكير عميق وتركيز جيد، وبهذه الإجابات مجتمعة نستطيع تكوين نظرة شاملة وواضحة حول مجمل جوانب مهنتي، كما أن الإجابة تحمل قيمة كبيرة وهي تعطي أولوية للتقدم وإحراز نجاح مهني.
