احذروا...... سمك يستورد مجمدا ويباع طازجا!
تحول بعض الصيادين إلى محتالين من خلال اقتناء كميات كبيرة من السمك المجمد لدى مستورديه من الخارج، ثم نقلها على متن قواربهم إلى عرض البحر وإزالة جليده هناك لساعات ثم إدخاله إلى موانئ الصيد على أنه طازج ليباع بالسعر المناسب.
القضية انتبه إليها عدد من المستوردين وباعة السمك، حيث لاحظوا أن كميات كبيرة من السمك المعروض من طرف صيادين تعرض على أنها طازجة في مينائي الصيد بالعاصمة وبوهارون في تيبازة لا تختلف في أدنى المواصفات عن السمك المستورد مجمدا، سواء من حيث الحجم أو طريقة وضعه في الصناديق، حيث إن السمك المحجمد عادة ما يكون بنفس الحجم، ويصفف في صناديق تظهره للعيان على أن لا اختلاف بين سمكة وأخرى، وهذا ما كشف الفضيحة.
وتبين أن بعض الصيادين بتواطؤ جهات عديدة يتمكنون من إخراج كميات معتبرة من السمك المجمد لدى مستورديه، وينقلونه إلى عرض البحر، وهناك يوضع في شباك الصيد ويبقى لساعات في عمق البحر، المدة التي يذوب فيها الجليد، وبعدها يستخرج متشبعا برائحة ومياه البحر، ليبدو ظاهريا طازجا، ثم يوضع في الصناديق مثلما تم اقتناؤه ليعاد بيعه إلى المستهلكين على أساس أنه طازج وبأسعار السمك الطازج بما فيها الجمبري.
وما ساعد هؤلاء الصيادين هو اقتناؤهم السمك المجمد غير مفرغ من الأحشاء لدى المستوردين، ليظهر على أنه مصطاد حديثا.
الصيادون لجأوا إلى هذه الحيلة بعد انكشاف فضيحة تسويق سمك مجمد على أنه طازج لكنه متشبع برائحة المازوت لأنهم كانوا يزيلون جليده في الموانئ وليس في عرض البحر. حيث كان يقوم صيادون أيضا، بشراء كميات معتبرة من السمك المجمد ليقوموا بتحميلها في أكياس ويلقوا بها في مياه مرافئ موانئ الصيد لإزالة الجليد، وليعرض للبيع على أنه سمك طازج، حيث اندهش عدد من زبائن الأسواق بعدد من الولايات من بينها العاصمة من وجود رائحة المازوت، والسبب أن مياه المرافئ متشبعة بالمازوت الذي تفرزه البواخر.
وهي نفس الحيلة التي يلجأ إليها الباعة الفوضويون على مستوى مختلف الموانئ، حيث يعرضون أسماكا مجمدة على أساس أنها طازجة، بكل ما يمثل ذلك من خطر على صحة المستهلكين، خاصة الأسماك التي تتشبع بمادة المازوت، وهذا في غياب أدنى عمليات الرقابة على هذه الأسواق.

و الله يا أخي المشكل ليس في ضعاف النفوس الذين أخبرتنا عنهم ، فمثل هؤلاء الذين لا يخافون الله موجودن بكثرة و في كل الدول، و لكن المشكل بالنسبة لي هو انعدام وجود قوانين ردعية ضد هؤلاء ، و أؤكد ردعية ، لكون في الجزائر لا يوجد سجون و انما توجد فنادق من صنف نجمة و نجمتين ، فوالله لو طبقت الدولة قانونا ردعيا على احدهم بالسجن 10 سنوات في سجون تبنى خصيصا في وسط الصحراء، لما تجرأ البقية على ما يقومون به ، لو كانوا رجالا فعلا ان يجيبوني ان كانوا سيفعلون نفس الشيء في دول أخرى تحترم مواطنيها و تضرب بيد من حديد كل من تسول له نفسه ان يضر بهم ...
