أعتقد أنّه من السابق لأوانه الحديث على انتخابات 2014 و نحن لم نغادر سنة 2010...ولكن هذه غرائب السياسة في بلادنا إذ لا شيء يجري اعتباطا و دون مقاصد أي أنّ الذين أثاروا الموضوع الآن لحاجة و لغرض بادٍ أو خفيٍّ (أقصد بعض الصحافة و بعض السياسيّين).
و...للحقيقة يجب القول:
* أنّنا أبعد ما نكون عن مبدأ التداول على السُلْطَة و احترام الإرادة الشعبيّة...بمعنى آخر لا يكمن لمن تولّى المسؤوليّة العليا في الدولة أن يُغادر بمحض إرادته.. هكذا قدرنا على ما يبدو نحن الذين عايشنا منذ 1962 حكومات تزول بزوال الأفراد،
*هل يُعقَل من الناحية الإنسانيّة و من باب العقل لرجل أن يتولّى مسؤولية جسيمة مثل رئاسة الدولة لعُهْدة تلو العهدة دون أن ينال منه الإرهاق و المرض؟هل رأيتم الراحل لحبيب بورقيبة رئيس تونس السابق كيف كان في آخر أيّامه قبل أن يرغمه الجنرال بن علي على ترك مكانه؟
*ربّما ستسطع علينا شمس التغيير يوم يرحل جيل نوفمبر( ارجو أن يُفهم هذا الأمر لا كما قاله وزير خارجية فرنسا السابق بيرنار كوشنير.)

سيدة نطالي يظهر وانك تسابقين الريح لاجل الوصول الى 2014 مازالت امامنا ثلاث سنوات كاملة
الذي اطلق فكرة ترشيح السيد الرئيس عبد العزيز بوتفليقة هو السيد بلخادم ويظهر وانه فقد توازنه جراء الانتفاضات التي تلاحقه
نعم السيد بوتفليقة خدم البلاد واعاد الهدوء واعاد هيبة الجزائر على الساحة الدولية وفعل وفعل والحقيقة والشهادة لله انه فعل الكثير من الخير لهذا البلد ولهذا الشعب ولكن ليسمح لي الجميع انني ارى ان يترك المنصب لجزائري آخر وهذا على الاقل من اجل التجديد وضخ دماء جديدة في مفاصل الدولة الجزائرية
اما قضية الاستقرار فيصنعه الشعب بوعيه وبتشميره للعمل الجاد والمنتج

صحيح نحن لازلنا في 2010
لكن من واجبنا نحن كشعب التفكير في مستقبل البلاد حتى قبل 10سنوات
الغريب ان الحكام العرب لا يستطيعون التخلي عن الرئاسة
امثال القذافي وبن علي....
لكن حكم 3عهدات مثلما اتى بالجديد لم يغير الكثير...
لازلنا نعاني من الكثير من المشاكل...
وعليه لندع الشعارات والتهليلات والتصفيقات..
والنستفق من نفس الحلم الذي نحلمه منذ 1999
لندع رياح التغيير تعصف بنا لنرى هل يصلح ام المشكل هو في الشعب

ذات مرة حلمت أن أكون رئيس فكان مصيري الرفيس من الزملاء الأعضاء ، فإياك أن تحلم بذلك لمجرد الحلم ؟

هذه قراءة مستقبلية لواقع جزائري ، رئاسيات 2014 ، اما فيما يتعلق برئيس الجمهورية ، و بغض النظر عن شخصه ، فهو قائد الأمة و راعي رعيتها،.
قرأت على ما أذكر ان عليا -كرم الله وجه- سئل من طرف احد الناس، لماذا كان المسلمون في أحسن حال في خلافة أمير المؤمنين عمر ابن الخطاب -رضي الله عنه- و كيف أن الأمور ساءت في خلافته ؟ أي علي ، فأجابه قائلا: عندما كان عمر أميرا للمؤمنين أمثالي هم من كانوا من الرعية.
و الحديث قياس.
نحن نعرف أنفسنا جيدا ، فأغلبنا لا يعرف عن المواطنة الا مصلحته الشخصية و حب المال
الرئيس بوتفليقة و حسب ما نحن نعيشه ساهم بالقدر الذي يراه في تحسين الأحوال و دون الغوص في هذه الميادين مع عدم اغفال المعارضين لسياسته
