العلاج بالرمال الحارة

" المَلَّةُ "

المَلَّةُ: الرَّمَادُ الحار والجَمْرُ.. ومَلَلْتُ الخُبْزَةَ أمُلُّها ؛ فهي مَمْلُوْلَةٌ... يقال مَلَلْت الخُبرةَ في المَلَّة مَلاًّ وأَمْلَلْتها إِذا عمِلتها في المَلَّة فهي مَمْلولة وكذلك كل مَشْوِيّ في المَلَّة ... ويقال هذا خُبز مَلَّةٍ ولا يقال للخبز مَلَّة إِنما المَلة الرَّماد الحارّ .

وقال أَبو عبيد المَلَّة الحُفْرة نفسها وفي الحديث عَنْ أَبِى هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَجُلاً قَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ لِى قَرَابَةً أَصِلُهُمْ وَيَقْطَعُونِى وَأُحْسِنُ إِلَيْهِمْ وَيُسِيئُونَ إِلَىَّ وَأَحْلُمُ عَنْهُمْ وَيَجْهَلُونَ عَلَىَّ. فَقَالَ « لَئِنْ كُنْتَ كَمَا قُلْتَ فَكَأَنَّمَا تُسِفُّهُمُ الْمَلَّ وَلاَ يَزَالُ مَعَكَ مِنَ اللَّهِ ظَهِيرٌ عَلَيْهِمْ مَا دُمْتَ عَلَى ذَلِكَ ».صحيح مسلم
تُسِفُّهُمُ الْمَلَّ أيْ كَأنَّمَا تُطْعِمُهُمُ الرَّمَادَ الحَارَّ ، وَهُوَ تَشبِيهٌ لِمَا يَلْحَقَهُمْ من الإثم بما يلحَقُ آكِلَ الرَّمَادِ الحَارِّ مِنَ الأَلمِ ، وَلاَ شَيءَ عَلَى هَذَا المُحْسِنِ إلَيهمْ ، لكِنْ يَنَالُهُمْ إثمٌ عَظيمٌ بتَقْصيرِهم في حَقِّهِ ، وَإدْخَالِهِمُ الأَذَى عَلَيهِ ، وَاللهُ أعلم .

والملة علاج يصنف من ضمن العلاج الشعبي والطب البديل ... وأكثر من يستخدمه في السابق هم اهل البادية والقرى والمناطق الريفية ، وهي عبارة عن نار كبيرة توقد فوق رمل نظيف، فإذا حمي الرمل أبعدت النار والجمر والفحم ... وحفر في الرمل حفرة بقدر ما يضع المريض يده أو رجله أو كامل جسده إلا رأسه ... ومن ثم يدفن بالرمل الدافئ ويبقى فيه حتى يبرد الرمل ، فتلين أعصابه وعضلاته ويشفى بإذن الله تعالى من الروماتيزم والتهابات وأمراض الأعصاب والمفاصل وبعض الأمراض الجلدية. .. ولكن له شروط وضوابط
