من القرائن الدالة على أهمية و فعالية إجراءات الحرب الإلكترونية المنفذة خلال حرب الخليج الثانية هي قدرة هذه الأخيرة على توفير الحماية و التغطية للقوات الجوية للدول المتحالفة التي نفذت هجومات جوية على القوات العراقية ، حيث ساعدت على تأمين حيويتها من خلال تأمين اختراقها لمنظومة الدفاع الجوي العراقية بوسائلها الأرضية و الجوية ، و عدم قدرة هذه المنظومة على صد هذه الغارات و تأمين حيوية الأغراض و القوات المحمية .
إن الطيران الحديث بمختلف أنواعه و أصنافه ، في تأدية مهامه يعتمد كليا على المعدات اللاسلكية الإلكترونية سواء منها الخاصة بالاستطلاع كالملاحة، و التوجيه فلا يمكن لأي طيار أو طائرة أن تـنفذ مهمة قتالية دون وجود منظومة إلكترونية متكاملة، يتم فتحها لتأمين إقلاع و توجيه و قيادة هذه الطائرة إلى منطقة الهدف ثم عودتها إلى نقطة الإنطلاق ، بالإضافة إلى توفر تجهيزات حرب إلكترونية سواء منها موجودة بالطائرات أو طائرات خاصة تؤمن حماية الطائرات الضاربة و تؤمن لها إختراق نظام الدفاع الجوي للعدو .
نفس الشيء بالنسبة للسفن الحربية ، وخاصة وبالنظر إلى طبيعة المهام التي تكلف بها السفينة الحربية و منطقة عملها (البحر) و سرعتها البطيئة نسبيا مقارنة مع سرعة العدو الذي يمكن أن يهدد هذه السفينة و خاصة التهديد الجوي (طائرات و صواريخ)، و طوربيدات سطح - سطح أو تحت سطح - سفينة ، و عدم قدرة السفينة على المناورة السريعة لتـفادي الخطر المحدق بها . فلا يمكن لأي سفينة في ظروف الحرب المعاصرة أن تحافظ على حيويتها دون توفرها على منظومة إلكترونية تؤمن لها كشف التهديد في الوقت المناسب و إتخاذ الإجراءات المضادة لصد هذا التهديد أو خداعه ، أو وجود منظومة مستقلة عن السفينة تعمل على حماية وتغطية هذه الأخيرة في عرض البحر من أي تهديد كان إلكترونيا أو صاروخيا أو من الطوربيدات السطحية أو تحت السطح ( من الغواصات ) . و كما قال الأميرال " مور " قائد سابق للعمليات البحرية في الأسطول الأمريكي »> بأن العمليات البحرية خلال الحرب العالمية الأولى كسبتها السفن المدرعة ، و خلال الحرب العالمية الثانية كسبتها حاملات الطائرات ، و إن قامت حرب عالمية ثالثة فسوف تكسبها القوات التي تستخدم الحرب الإلكترونية بطريقة أفضل و أشمل « و اليوم لا يختلف إثنان على أنه من الأفضل لدولة ما أن لا تمتلك سفنها حربية أو طائرات بدل إمتلاكها لأعداد كبيرة منها دون أن تكون مزودة بمعدات حرب إلكترونية متطورة تساير التطور التكنولوجي للعصر أو توفير منظومات إلكترونية بحرية أو جوية لحمايتها و تأمين أعمالها .
أما بالنسبة للدفاع الجوي ، فتتوقف فعاليته على فعالية الوسائل اللاسلكية الإلكترونية لأسلحة و خاصة منها الوسائل الرادارية . فإن حرمان قوات الدفاع الجوي من هذه المعدات يؤدي حتما إلى خفض من إمكانياتها و قدراتها في كشف و صد أي خطر جوي مهما تكن كفاءة الأسلحة و مدى عملها ، لأن صد غارة جوية يتوقف قبل كل شيء على كشف الطائرات المنفذة لها و تتبعها ومن ثم توجيه الأسلحة نحو الأهداف الجوية المعادية . و هذه العمليات تتوقف على إشتغال المعدات الإلكترونية التابعة لمنظومة الدفاع الجوي و خاصة منها وسائل الكشف التتبع التوجيه و السيطرة .
وفي هذا العصر ، فإنه لا يمكن بلوغ فعالية عالية لمنظومة الدفاع الجوي في حماية القوات والأغراض دون إشتراك وسائل الحرب الإلكترونية في عملية حماية القوات من العدو الجوي . حيث تعمل هذه الوسائل على الإخلال بالأنظمة الإلكترونية للسيطرة و التوجيه و الملاحة للعدو الجوي .

من منا لم يسمع عن موقع ويكيليكس الذي أصبح نجم أخبار العالم خلال الفترة الماضية بسبب ما نشره وما لازال ينشره من وثائق سرية قاربت الـ250,000 وثيقة؟!!
خاصةً بعد إعلان الشرطة البريطانية اليوم عن اعتقالها جوليان أسانج مؤسس الموقع بناءً على أمر اعتقال أوروبي أصدرته السويد.
على أي حال لن نتحدث اليوم عن الموقع أو محتوياته لكننا سنتحدث عن الجزء التقني من الخبر:
كان موقع ويكيليكس يستخدم خدمات شركات أمازون الأمريكية للاستضافة، لكن ما أن بدأ الموقع في إثارة المشاكل حتى ضغطت الحكومة الأمريكية على الشركة لقطع الخدمة عن الموقع وهو ما حدث بالفعل منذ أسبوع تقريباً (http://arabic.cnn.com/2010/middle_east/12/2/wikileaks.amazon_cutoff/index.html). فأين ذهب الموقع الآن؟
انتقل الموقع لمركز بيانات لا يشبه أي مركز بيانات يمكننا أن نشاهده على الإطلاق:

يقع تحت 30 متر من الصخور ومزود بأبواب فولاذية سمكها نصف متر ويمكنه احتمال هجوم نووي!!
ليس مقراً سرياً لجيمس بوند بل هو مركز بيانات اسمه بيونين Pionen ويتبع شركة بنهوف لخدمات الإنترنت في السويد.

كان هذا المكان في الأصل ملجأ للحماية من القنابل في العام 1943 ثم طورته الحكومة السويدية في السبعينات خلال الحرب الباردة ليصبح مركز قيادة طوارئ في حالة تعرضت الدولة لهجوم نووي، وبمرور الأيام اشترته شركة بنهوف السويدية لخدمات الإنترنت لتحوله إلى مركز بيانات خارق كما نرى في الصور!!

قامت شركة بنهوف بتوسيع المكان وتطويره وزودته بمنشأة كهرباء صغيرة تعمل بالغاز، وتحوي مولدي ديزل من نوع مايباخ MTU تم الحصول عليهما من غواصات ألمانية مدمرة!!

يقع هذا المكان داخل تل صخري في منتصف مدينة ستوكهولم، ويمتد على مساحة 11,950 قدم مربع ويعمل فيه 15 شخص فقط.
