ويكيليكس يكشف: عمان تخاف من ايران

كشفت وثيقة أمريكية من تسريبات ويكيليكس، احتوت على محضر لقاء بين الأدميرال وليم غورتني قائد القيادة المركزية للبحرية الأمريكية والفريق أول علي بن ماجد المعمري رئيس المكتب السلطاني

(أعلى سلطة استخبارية في سلطنة عمان) عن المخاوف العمانية الحقيقية من إيران، على عكس التصريحات العلنية المبالغة في تطميناتها من إيران والتي تبدو معسولة بصورة فجة، وقد وصفتها أمريكا بالتصريحات الإذعانية للوزير العماني للشؤون الخارجية.



لكن لذلك أسبابه فعُمان تتقي الشر الإيراني وهي الواقعة بين مخالبه التي إذا ماحركها بأقل حركة فإنها تدمي الجسد العماني، وبين الحليف والحامي الأمريكي الذي يستخدم الأراضي والأجواء والبحار العمانية عسكرياً وينطلق منها في أهم مهامه إلى المناطق المجاورة.

فمنذ عملية تحرير رهائن السفارة الأمريكية في طهران عام 1979 أصبحت القواعد العسكرية الأمريكية في عُمان حيوية ولاغنى عنها، فمنها انطلقت المقاتلات إلى أفغانستان، وبها أصبحت قاعدة دعم لوجستي للحرب ضد العراق، ومركزاً للاتصالات ومراقبتها- وربما انطلقت منها المقاتلات أيضاً.

كما أن السفن والغواصات الأمريكية آمنة في البحار العمانية وعلى مقربة منها تستخدمها كملاجيء ومحطات للتزود بالوقود، واستخدمتها كمراكز لاحتجاز معتقليها الأفغان قبل البت في مصائرهم.

كما استقبلت عمان بعض الأسرى للتحقيق أو العلاج قبل تصديرهم إلى غوانتانامو.

وترتبط عُمان مع الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية باتفاقية للقواعد العسكرية منذ عام 1980 ويتم تجديدها كل عشر سنوات.

ومع أن عُمان لا تستطيع أن تعارض العقوبات الاقتصادية ضد إيران، إلا أنه كان لها أساليبها في مساعدة إيران فمن التغاضي عن الزوراق الإيرانية التي تزور يومياً منطقة مسندم، التي تبعد أقل من 40 ميلاً عن الساحل الإيراني، وتعود محملة بالبضائع المختلفة. إلى الاتفاقات والمشاريع الاقتصادية المشتركة.

وهناك حقل ضخم للغاز يتهيأ لمباشرة الإنتاج يقع في الحدود البحرية المشتركة بين البلدين تم السيطرة الإيرانية عليه في العامين الماضيين مقابل اتفاق بخس رضيت به عُمان.

إن العلاقة المتشابكة مع إيران ستزداد إثارة إذا ما ثبتت المعلومات القائلة بأن خلية التجسس الإماراتية التي اكتشفتها سلطنة عمان مؤخراً هي هدية معلوماتية استخبارية قدمتها لها إيران مكافأة على مواقفها الإيجابية وتعاونها. وتهدف إيران بهذه الهدية غرس شعور أقوى لدى السلطان قابوس بإن إيران معنية بحكمه وأحرص عليه من جيرانه الأشقاء ومن الولايات المتحدة نفسها.

تكشف البرقية عن المخاوف العمانية من القوة النووية الإيرانية، ومن رغباتها التوسعية وتعتقد أنها تطمح إلى ضم العراق ولبنان وسوريا والخليج ضمن حدود "الجمهورية الإسلامية". لكنها لا تؤيد العمل العسكري ضد إيران لإنها أول من سيحترق به، وإذا ما أصبحت حرباً واسعة وطالت، فإنها قد تؤدي إلى تفككها وانهيارها وهو المخاوف التي لا يتم التصريح بها.

وفي ذات الوقت هي الدولة الصغيرة معدومة القدرات العسكرية لا تخشى من الاستفراد الإيراني بها فالسلطان قابوس يقول في برقية أخرى للمشير ويليام فالون "نعرف أن إيران بلد كبير ويمتلك القوة وعلينا التعايش مع ذلك" ويضيف " إلا أنه علي القول أنه طالما توجد في الأفق الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية فإننا لا نخشى شيئاً".

من جهة أخرى تكشف البرقية عن تشكيك عُماني في النوايا والدوافع الحقيقية لدول مجلس التعاون الخليجي في مطالبتها أمريكا بالحرب على إيران، ونظرة دول الخليج إلى عُمان باعتبارها غريبة عن روح مجلس التعاون.

كما تكشف البرقية عن تصورها للإيديولوجية الشيعية وإشارتها غير المباشرة إلى أن الروح الاستشهادية عند الشيعة ستجعل الحرب ممكنة ومدمرة.

يذكر أن هذه البرقية قد تجاهلتها وسائل الإعلام الخليجية والعربية التي أبدت اهتماماً ببرقيات ويكيليكس الخاصة بالشؤون الخليجية.
